Spray gun installation

Spray gun installation

  1. Insert the fan assembly into the spray part from the position unlock completely, then rotate the fan assembly to lock position.
  2. Install the tank to lock position.

Preparation of the sprayed substance
Before work, the spraying material is diluted with a solvent specified by the material manufacturer. Do not use the material spray that exceeds the specified maximum viscosity.
Note: Do not use flammable spray fluids!

Follow the instructions below:

  1. Before checking viscosity, mix the material thoroughly spray.
  2. Completely immerse the viscosity cup (7) in the spray material, except the hook part.

Lift the viscosity cup and record the time in seconds for the liquid to flow out from a cup of viscosity. This dripping time is recommended by the manufacturers materials. Spray materials should be filtered using a mesh wire before work to prevent large particles from clogging the nozzle.

Do not spray flammable liquids
Filling the spray material

  1. Remove the tank from the device

  2. Pour the spray liquid after dilution and filtering into the tank.
The liquid level must not exceed the tank filler neck.

  3. Carefully screw the liquid-filled reservoir onto the gun and tighten.

Working with the device

By turning the nozzle adjusting nut in different positions, the gun offers three types of spraying methods: round, horizontal flat round, vertical flat round. Users can adjust accordingly to achieve perfect spray results.
Users can adjust the spraying size and shape, by adjusting the air flow regulator. As shown below.GRAPHITE 58GE103 Spray Gun - Working with the
device

Note: The trigger must be released during adjustment to avoid danger!

Never point the nozzle at people or animals!
Flow rate regulation
The spray flow rate can be adjusted by turning the knob behind the trigger (9). The larger the outlet opening, the greater the spray flow.

Spraying

The HVLP (Low Pressure and High Flow) spray gun is a new system shower for users. Before starting work, it is worth doing a few exercises on unnecessary material, wood or cardboard, to gain strength practice. Recommended for users who are working for the first time device.

Pre-treatment of the treated surface
The spray result depends on how smooth and clean the surface is before spraying. Therefore, the surface should be carefully cleaned of grease and dust so that the sprayed material adheres to it as best as possible. Areas that will not be processed should be secured.

Correct spraying method

  • Move the spray gun evenly lengthwise surface. Uniform guidance of the spray gun Provides uniform surface coverage.

  • It is usually recommended to cover the surface twice. First spraying can be a little thicker, and the second one should be a little bit thicker.

  • When spraying, hold the spray gun close the treated surface to avoid excessive spray on surroundings.
Move the spray gun in parallel

  • To start spraying, pull the trigger and release it after finished spraying. When spraying the next layer Align the nozzles with the lower edge of the previous spray pattern so that the edges are slightly overlapped to better cover the workpiece area.
