DETAILED SAFETY REGULATIONS

  • Before connecting the vacuum cleaner to the mains, always check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage specified on the rating plate of the device.
  • Do not use in a potentially flammable or explosive atmosphere.
  • Inspection and maintenance must be performed with the device turned off and disconnected from the power source.
  • Inspection and maintenance should be performed after the electrically driven suction nozzle has been removed.
  • Do not step on or pull on the hose. A damaged hose should be replaced before further work.
  • Keep the squeegee at a safe distance while working.
  • Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with water, oil or other liquids.
  • Do not immerse the device in water, do not touch it with wet hands, do not use running water for cleaning, in order to avoid electric shock.
  • The vacuum cleaner is intended only for vacuuming sawdust and shavings. Do not vacuum the dust.
  • Do not suction hair, glass, metal, sharp or sticky parts. This will clog or damage parts of the device.
  • It is forbidden to suck in flammable, hot, glowing or corrosive elements, cigarette butts, matches, etc. – it may result in fire or electric shock.
  • The device is not adapted and not suitable for extracting harmful dust.
  • Do not use it when the air inlet is blocked, as this may damage the device.
  • When the device is not in use, remove the plug from the socket.
  • Regularly check the technical condition of the device. Replace damaged or worn parts.
  • The tool is suitable for commercial use, e.g. in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices, rentals.
  • Do not use the device if the cord is damaged. Do not touch the cable before disconnecting the power supply!
  • If you find any damage or notice any disturbing signals, such as excessive temperature and noise, turn off the device immediately and disconnect it from the power supply.
  • Protect against rain
  • Use only spare parts recommended by the manufacturer.
  • All repairs should be carried out at an authorized service center.

Information on noise and vibration

The level of noise emitted by the device is described by: the level of the emitted sound pressure L pA and the sound power level L WA (where K is the measurement uncertainty). The vibrations emitted by the device are described by the value of the vibration acceleration an h (where K is the measurement uncertainty).
The following information: emitted sound pressure level L PA, sound power level L WA and vibration acceleration an h were measured in accordance with EN 60335-2-69. The given vibration level an h can be used for the comparison of devices and for the initial assessment of vibration exposure.
The stated vibration level is representative only of the basic use of the device. If the machine is used for different applications or with different working tools, the vibration level may change. The higher level of vibrations will be influenced by insufficient or too rare maintenance of the device. The reasons given above may result in increased exposure to vibration during the entire period of operation.
To accurately estimate exposure to vibration, consider periods when the equipment is turned off or when it is turned on but not in use. After all, factors have been carefully assessed, the overall vibration exposure may be significantly lower.
In order to protect the user against the effects of vibrations, additional safety measures should be implemented, such as periodic maintenance of the device and working tools, protection of the appropriate temperature of hands, and proper organization of work.

USE

DEVICE ASSEMBLY

  • Note: The vacuum cleaner must be completely assembled before use. Open the vacuum cleaner. Some parts may be inside for transportation. The suction system consists of the components listed in Fig. B.
  • Install the filter. To do this, place the filter in the bag, then fold the loose part of the bag inside the filter. Attach the filter with the bag to the cover of the vacuum cleaner.
  • Put the cover on, then fasten it firmly with the clamp (fig. C, D, E). ****
  • Connect the hose to the socket on the vacuum cleaner. Tighten with a clamp. On the other side of the hose, attach the connector also using a clamp (fig. F, G).

ON / OFF

  • After the device is completely assembled and plugged in, it is ready to be turned on. To turn on the current, the switch should be placed in the “I” position. To turn off the device, place it in the “0” position.

CLEANING

  • Note: Before cleaning the device, disconnect it from the power supply. It is best to clean the vacuum cleaner after each use. Regularly clean the device with a damp soap brush. Make sure that no moisture gets inside the device! Do not use chemicals – they can damage the plastic parts of the device.

STORAGE

  • Store in a dark, dry place out of the reach of children. Keep at a temperature of 5 to 30 ° C. Store the vacuum cleaner in its original packaging. Protect against dust and moisture.

MAINTENANCE

  • Replace used filters and bags. Repairs should be carried out at an authorized service center.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Electrically powered products should not be disposed of with household waste but should be disposed of in appropriate facilities. Information on disposal is provided by the dealer of the product or local authorities. Waste electrical and electronic equipment contains substances that are not neutral for the natural environment. Non-recycled equipment is a potential threat to the environment and human health.
