SAFETY INFORMATION
Read this instruction manual carefully before first use, and keep it for
future reference.
The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle is
intended to alert the user the presence of uninsulated, dangerous voltage,
within the product enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute
risk of electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the
user the presence of important operation and maintenance {servicing)
instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- DO NOT expose this appliance to humidity, water or any other liquid.
- The appliance should be connected to a power supply as per specification in the operating instructions or as marked on the appliance.
- Place the device in a properly ventilated place.
- Protect the device from extreme temperatures, sources of heat and direct sunlight.
- Clean the unit’s exterior periodically with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never use chemical agents to clean this device.
- Disconnect this device from power supply if it is not going to be used for a long period of time.
- Do not disassemble the device. In case of damage, contact with an authorized service point for check-up/repair.
- Power cord protection: power-supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be pinched by items placed upon or against them. Pay particular attention to cords, plugs, and power sockets and the point where they exit from the appliance.

SPEAKER CONNECTION
IMPORTANT : Make sure the equipment is turned OFF before making any
connections.
Note: Be sure to match the speaker cord to the appropriate jacks on
components: ,,+”to,,+”, and ,,-“to,,-“.
INFO/MENU OPERATION
In any mode, press and hold INFO/MENU button to enter MENU options. Note: in
DAB and FM modes, there are numerous tabs in MENU options. In all the other
modes, there is only System tab in MENU options. When not in DAB nor FM modes,
after pressing and holding INFO/MENU button, the screen will display
Use:
- ◄I► buttons to navigate through options
- SELECT button to enter submenu/confirm
- INFO/MENU button to go back to higher level menu
Note : currently chosen option will be marked with”*” symbol.

TIME
Press and hold INFO/MENU > “System” settings> ”Time” settings for:- Set date and time: press ◄/► button to change value; press SELECT button to confirm
- Auto update: select from automatic update from any source, from DAB or FM radio or no automatic update.
- Set 12/24 format enter to change time format (12 or 24 hour format)
- Set date format: enter to change date format (day-month-year or month-day-year)

SLEEP
Press and hold INFO/MENU> “System” settings> “Sleep” settings. User can set sleep time: OFF/ 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 minutes (looped) -
BACKLIGHT
Press and hold INFO/MENU> “System” settings> “Backlight” settings. User can set:- Timeout : set the time after which the display backlight will be dimmed – On (backlight constantly on) I 10 / 20 I 30 I 45 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 180 seconds
- On level : set backlight level – high/ medium/ low
- DIM level : set backlight level when on standby- high/ medium/ low

LANGUAGE
Press and hold INFO/MENU > “System” settings > “Language” settings. User can select appropriate system language. -
FACTO RY RESET
Press and hold INFO/MENU> “System” settings> “Factory Reset” settings. Enter this option to restore factory settings; select appropriate No or Yes and press SELECT button to confirm. -
SW VERSION
Press and hold INFO/MENU > “System” settings > “SW version” settings. Displays information on software version.
DAB MODE
- In DAB mode, press [SCAN/PLAY] button on the front panel, and the screen will show “Scanning … ” (automatic full-band search). After scanning, a found station will be played.
- Press and hold ◄/► button to select next/previous station.
- When in DAB mode, press INFO/MENU button to display information of DAB, e. g.: receiving signal strength, program type, frequency, transmission rate, etc.
Note: if the DAB signal is received, the device will automatically update
the time and date (if the function is enabled in settings).
DAB settings:
In DAB mode, press and hold the INFO/MENU button to enter MENU options.
Press ◄ / ► button to navigate through options and/or press SELECT button
to enter selected tab:
- Full scan : enter to perform automatic DAB stations scan
- Manual tune : enter to manually set DAB station frequency
- DRC : set Dynamic Range Compression to off/ high / low
- Prune : select Yes or No
- System : as described in INFO/MENU OPERATION section
FM MODE
Automatic search
When in FM mode, press SCAN/PLAY button on the front panel to perform
automatic station search. The screen shows “Scanning … “. When a station is
found, the search is stopped and the station is played.
Manual search
When in FM mode, press and hold or press continuously ◄ / ► button to reach
desired frequency.
When in FM mode, press INFO/MENU button to display information of FM radio
station, e.g.: signal strength, program type, date, time, RDS.
FM stereo/single channel selection
Click the INFO/MENU button, to check the radio information. When the screen
displays “Stereo” or “Mono”, press SELECT button to change. Press INFO/MENU
button again to save and exit.
Note: Stereo mode is default. If the radio signal is weak it will be
automatically switched to Mono. To eliminate noise change the audio settings
to “Forced mono”.
FM settings:
In FM mode, press and hold the INFO/MENU button to enter MENU options.
Press ◄ / ► button to navigate through options and/or press SELECT button
to enter selected tab:
- Scan settings: choose between searching for only strong stations or all stations while performing frequency scanning
- Audio settings: choose between Stereo allowed / Forced mono
- System: as described in INFO/MENU OPERATION section
PRESET LIST

In DAB/FM mode, select the radio frequency that you want to save to preset. Please note: in DAB, if there is no station transmitting on a manually chosen frequency, user will not be able to save the frequency to preset.

Press and hold PRESET button. Press ◄/► button to select number on preset list you wish to save the station (1-10).

Press SELECT button to save on chosen number.
Note: the device can store up to 1 O DAB and 1 O FM radio stations presets -
To play a preset radio station, press the PRESET button, and use ◄/► button to select desired preset number you want to listen.

Press SELECT button to confirm.
POWER MANAGEMENT
When there is no audio playing for 10 minutes, while in DAB/BT/USB/Optical/
Coaxial/AUX IN modes, the device will automatically enter into standby mode to
save energy.
Note: the function is not available in FM mode!
BLUETOOTH
Prior to use Bluetooth connection, pair it with an external Bluetooth device,
to play music through the speakers. Once the devices are paired, the speaker
will automatically connect with the external device whenever it will be placed
within operational range and both appliances will have Bluetooth function ON.
To pair the speaker with an external device:
- Turn the speaker ON. In Bluetooth mode, flashing BT indicator indicates that the Bluetooth device is not connected. The blue LED will start blinking, and the screen will display caption BLUETOOTH, signifying BT is on.
- Turn ON the Bluetooth on the external device.
- Search for other BT devices on your external device and pair it with the speakers. Input default password “0000” or “1234” if necessary.
- Once the devices are connected, the blue LED will be flashing constant light.
In Bluetooth mode, press and hold SCAN/PLAY or ►II button to disconnect with currently connected Bluetooth device.
