ZOSI 4in1 Security Camera

Introduction

Thank you for purchasing this CCTV camera from ZOSI. This camera can work in almost all light conditions, from daylight (as long as it is not directly irradiated by the sun) to total darkness.
The camera is very sensitive to light and therefore can also use a minimum beam of light to create an image of what you captured. When it’s in low light, it is displayed as a black-and-white image.
In total darkness or near-total darkness, the camera uses built-in infrared LEDs to illuminate the area in front of it. This light is invisible to the human eye, even though you might notice a faint red glow coming from the side front of the camera, which is a phenomenon normal.
During the day or in a well-lit environment, the function camera’s IR Cut Filter can filter the lengths of waveform of light which is useless for cameras at the end to provide a clear colour image.

Important Note: All jurisdictions have laws and specific regulations relating to the use of cameras. Before using any camera for any purpose, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be knowledgeable of all applicable laws and regulations that prohibit or limit the use of cameras. And the buyer must also comply with the laws and applicable regulations.
Warning: Changes not approved by the party compliance officer could invalidate the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Important safety instructions

  1. Make sure the product is installed correctly and fixed firmly.
  2. Do not operate it if the wires and terminals are exposed.

Choosing a location for this camera
To get an optimal effect from the camera, the place where you install the cameras is fundamental. You need to consider the distance between the camera and the subject to make sure get a good view of the areas in focus. Also think about appropriate mounting locations (e.g., under the eaves of a roof is a good choice) where it will not be an easy target for vandals or will be affected by continuous light reflections from moving vehicles (which may cause detection of the movement erroneously activated). There are numerous factors to consider when choosing one location to mount the camera, not just where you want to monitor it.

To mount the camera

  • Place the camera where you want to mount it and mark the screw holes on its surface to fix them. Then, using the appropriate screws for the surface you are on prepare to stare at the camera. Screw the camera firmly into place.
  • If you intend to mount the camera on a wooden surface, screw the camera directly onto it surface.
  • If you intend to mount the camera on a masonry surface (brick, concrete or similar), it will have to use the included anchors.

Mounting the camera

The camera can be mounted on a flat, vertical surface using screws. The surface must have sufficient strength to support the camera. Materials such as hardwood, brick or brickwork are good options. You can mount the camera on a metal surface, but you will have to provide its mounting hardware.

Position the cables

  1. When setting the cable, please search to avoid wrapping it on objects with acute corners.
  2. Do not put the cable near electrical wires under tension. AC electricity will generate Radio “noise”, which can interfere with the camera signal.
  3. All cables and connectors must be adequately isolated. In the meantime, they should also be protected from moisture and from sunlight because they are not resistant to atmospheric agents.
