APPLICATION
- Applicable to computers, mobile phones, and tablets including IOS, ANDROID, WINDOWS, and MAC.
- Please download the “ASIO4ALL” driver before operating the WINDOWS system.

PRECAUTIONS
Please read the following in detail first before operation.
- Keep and follow these instructions on the device.
- Do not use the product near water.
- Unplug the product from the computer and clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
- Do not place the device near a heat source at any location with poor air circulation.
- Do not place heavy objects on the device.
- The USB main plug is considered to be the disconnect device for the product and shall remain readily operable.
- Unplug the product during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire, electric shock, or other hazards.
- Never attach audio power amplifier outputs directly to any of the unit’s connectors.
DONNER is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or modifications to the device.

DETAILED OPERATION
6.5mm TRS/XLR combo Jack
- Turn the power ON by sliding the [Power OFF/ON] switch.
- Indicator lights up in red during operation mode.
- Turn the 48V phantom ON by sliding the [48V OFF/ON] switch.
- The switch must be turned on if using a condenser microphone.
- Sliding the switch to “Direct” to monitor Combo main input and AUX input.
- Sliding the switch to “Playback” to monitor all signals from computers, smartphones, or other target devices.
Signal level of the input/output
- USB-C for charging and connecting the computer or smartphone to transmit digital signals.
- Transmit music signals to this jack by mobile phones, tablets, and other devices through mini TRS cables.
- Connect the powered monitor speakers. The signal is a mixture of all input.
- Connect the headphones to monitor.
- Control the major output level.
CONNECT TO YOUR DEVICE
FOR SMARTPHONE
- Connect the audio interface with a USB-C to USB-C cable for Android or a USB-C to Lightning cable for IOS. Your phone will show that a headset is recognized.
- Please make sure that the cable you use is pre-installed with the product or a cable that supports data transmission.
FOR MAC
- Connect the audio interface to the computer with a USB-C to USB-A cable, the computer will automatically recognize the Audio Interface.
- Corresponding parameters can be adjusted through the “Audio MIDI setup” interface on your MAC.
FOR WIN
- Please download the “ASIO4ALL” driver software first.
- Connect the audio interface to the computer with a USB-C to USB-A cable we provided.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Unable to boot
- Please check whether the battery is out of power and charge it in time. The indicator light next to the Type C interface will be red when the power is too low; The indicator light is green when the battery is sufficient.
- Please turn the power ON by sliding the [Power OFFION] switch.
No sound from the input
- Please check it is a powered speaker that the Audio Interface is connected to and make sure the knobs of the speaker are turned on.
- Please check the Input level control knob has rotated clockwise.
- Please check the monitor output level control knob has rotated clockwise.
- Please check if the 48V phantom switch was turned on while using the condenser microphone.
No data audio signal to computer
- Please check whether the audio interface’s driver has been downloaded on your computer which with WINDOWS operating system.
- Please check the configuration of your computer and make sure it meets the requirements of the product.
- Please make sure that the cable you use is pre-installed with the product or a cable that supports data transmission.
