Q: How to connect the Bluetooth function?
A: Please make sure that the auto-stop switch is on, the Bluetooth function
only works under the auto-stop switch is on, and put the tonearm back at the
arm holder. In Bluetooth mode, the indicator is blue and it will flash
quickly.
- Turn on the Bluetooth in your devices, such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop, and find the turntable player named “DP100”. Click and make a pair with it.
- After a few seconds, you will hear the sound “Di Dong”, the indicator shows blue and stops flashing, which means that you successfully connect your device with the player via Bluetooth.
Q: What should I do if the turntable keeps wobbling?
A: There are built-in springs inside the turntable to reduce absorption to
protect the turntable, so it’s normal for a little up and down slightly.
Q: Does it come with a 45 RPM adaptor?
A: Yes.
Q: Why does the turntable skip?
A: There are 2 reasons cause the skipping problem.
- The position of the stylus is not in the middle (not the parallel tonearm). If the stylus does not play it according to the correct tracking, it will cause skipping playback.
- The record vinyl is used for a long time, and some scratches will cause skipping playback.
Q: What is the voltage and amperage of the power cord?
A: The voltage runs with 110-240 V, and the power cord should be 5V 1A.
