MAIN PARTS OF THE GUITAR

MAIN PARTS

ASSEMBLE THE STAND

This stand is not assembled to the guitar body when shipping from the manufacturer.
Before using the instrument, please correctly assemble the stand using the procedure described below.

1. Make sure the direction of the stand is aligned with the guitar body. Put the end of the rod fully inserted into the corresponding bracket, then release it.
2. First, insert the rod ① of the lower stand (the shorter one) fully into the bracket hole on the guitar’s main body. Next, insert the lower rod ③ of the upper stand (the longer one) fully into the bracket hole, and the upper rod ② fully into the bracket hole.

  •  Make sure that the upper rod ② and lower rod ③ of the stand are not reversed.
  • Make sure not to press down the rod firmly or it may be damaged.

Reverse the procedures of the above steps if you need to disassemble the stands.

  • Make sure to check whether the rods are fully inserted prior to use. The instrument may drop during the performance when the rods are not fully inserted completely.
  • Please hold the guitar neck or guitar body when you carry the instrument. Holding only the left stand or right stand will result in damage to the stands and fixed parts.

GUITAR NECK ADJUSTMENT

Neck relief checking and adjust methods:

Step 1: Make any adjustments gradually. The guitar neck should normally be slightly concave and check the curvature after each 1/2 turn of the truss rod nut.

Step 2: Check the curvature of the neck. Holding the guitar with a playing posture after fine-tuning. Then press the first string on the first and the last fret and measure the height between the string and fret at the 8th fret. In the same way, measure this height for the lowest string, and make adjustments so that the heights are in the range of 0.1- 0.2mm.

Step 3: Turning the nut clockwise can make the neck bulge, which can correct the problem that the neck is too concave, and the string action is too high. Turning the nut counterclockwise can make the neck concave, which can correct the problem of buzzing caused by excessive neck convex.

GUITAR BRIDGE

STRINGS REPLACEMENT

Once the strings are aged, bent, rusted, or faded, please replace your strings in time. We recommend that you replace all strings at once.

1. Remove the old string: First loosen the bridge peg, then remove the lock screw on the headstock and take out the string.
2. Replace the old strings with new strings: First open the battery cover, then take a new string through the corresponding steel ball slot and bridge saddle. Make sure the steel ball end of the string is fully fixed into the slot.
3. Through the headstock: Pull the other end of the new string through the headstock, making sure to keep holding the string straight (Additionally, using included string tube tools can make string replacement much easier to implement). Then tighten it with the screws.
4. After completely tightening the screws, you can tune the guitar to the standard pitch.

Replacement

PICKUPS

Volume Potentiometer: Control the total output level of the guitar volume. Tone Potentiometer: Control the brightness of the guitar tone.
Switch: Select different pickups from top to bottom respectively (3 gears).

① Single-Coil Pickup
② Humbucker Pickup + Single-Coil Pickup
③ Humbucker Pickup

INTERFACE MODULE

① Battery Holder

② 6.35mm(1/4”) Output

③ 3.5mm(1/8”) Output ④ AUX-IN Jack

⑤ Active/Passive Switch Toggle:

  1. Since the Active Pickups require a 9V battery to function, the AUX-IN function and headphone output function only can be used if you install the 9V battery (AUX-IN signal can be input to 6.35mm output at the same time).
  2. Only in Active mode, the AUX-IN signal can be output to the 6.35mm jack.
  3. Passive Pickups work without any outside power source, the main purpose of Passive mode is to enable users to use it without a battery.
  4. There is no special treatment in tone in Active mode and Passive mode.

POWER SUPPLY

The product comes with a built-in headphone amplifier for guitar practice and needs battery for power.
When battery power becomes low, the volume will be decreased, and noise and distortion will be present.
Please replace the battery with a new alkaline battery as soon as possible.

Note:

  • Make sure to use the 9V alkaline battery, do not use a 9V rechargeable battery for powering.
  • When using a battery, please use an alkaline battery. Battery life is also dependent upon the type of battery used, the use of a manganese battery will result in an extremely shorter battery life.
  • When connecting the battery, pay special attention to the polarity mark (+ / -). Improper insertion may damage the circuit or result in fire.
  • In order to avoid possible damage to the instrument and unnecessary power consumption due to battery leakage, please remove the battery from the instrument when it is not used for a long time.
