CAUTION
SCALD AND BURN HAZARD: Do not touch the appliance when steaming is in progress
since its surface temperature can be very high. Touching the surface while hot
may cause scalds or burns. Allow the towel steamer to cool down before moving
or storing the unit.
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Do not plug or unplug the unit with damp or wet hands.
Do not immerse the unit and the plug in water or any other liquid. Never touch
the towel steamer if it drops into water.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, scalds, burns, fire or injury:
DO NOT TOUCH HOT SURFACES. DO NOT PLUG OR UNPLUG THE UNIT WITH DAMP OR WET
HANDS.
- Use handles or knobs, and do not touch the appliance when steaming is in progress since its surface temperature can be very high.
- Exercise caution with the hot steam released from the steam outlet and the steam released while uncovering the steam lid. Do not put your hand and face near the steam outlet.
- The steam lid, steam basket, and condensation tray will be hot. Do not touch or place your bare hand near the steam lid, main body, and condensation tray.
- When removing the steam lid, remove it carefully while keeping it away from your body. Keep clear of condensate water.
- Always lift the steam lid by the handle. Keep hand and or arm clear of the steam outlet.
- Always use supplied tongs to remove steamed items.
- Never move the towel steamer while the unit is on and steaming is in progress. Never move the towel steamer with hot, scalding water.
- Do not touch the condensation tray until the towel steamer is unplugged and allowed to cool down to room temperature.
- When the towel steamer timer cycle is complete, do not clean or wash the towel steamer immediately. Wait until the towel steamer cools down to room temperature before cleaning.
- Never wash the towel steamer under running water.
- Do not immerse the towel steamer and the plug in water or any other liquid.
- Never touch the towel steamer if it falls into water. Unplug it immediately, turn it off, and contact Zadro Customer Service.
- Never attempt any unauthorized repair.

SAFETY GUIDELINES & INSTRUCTIONS
- FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY – Not for outdoor use.
- The towel steamer is for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial use. Do not use the towel steamer for other than intended use. Do not use parts not recommended by the manufacturer.
- This towel steamer is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they are being supervised or given instruction concerning its use by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not run the towel steamer unattended. Close supervision is necessary when any towel steamer is used by or near children or disabled persons. Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the towel steamer.
BEFORE USING THE STEAMER
NOTE: Towel steamer has a 3-prong grounding to reduce the risk of
electric shock. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
- Before activating, ensure the towel steamer’s operating voltage matches the local main voltage.
- Make sure the towel steamer is plugged securely into the wall outlet. To provide continued protection against the risk of electric shock, plug the power cord into an easily accessible, properly grounded standard 120V electrical outlet.
- Do not operate the towel steamer with a damaged cord or plug or after it malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return the towel steamer to Zadro for examination or repair.
- If the power cord is found to be damaged or broken, return it to Zadro for examination or repair to avoid a hazard.
PLACEMENT & OPERATION

Do not place on or near hot surfaces and do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.

The towel steamer is intended to be operated on a flat, stable surface. Do not operate the towel steamer on a wobbling or tilted surface.

Thoroughly clean the main parts before use.

Before setting the timer, make sure the water tank has enough water.
For best performance and to increase the life of this steamer, only use Distilled or filtered water. -
To avoid water overflow, the water level should not exceed the maximum level indicator.

Do not use the towel steamer for a prolonged period (over 30 minutes) to avoid water overflow from the condensation tray. If you desire a usage period over 30 minutes, remove the condensate water from the condensation tray every 30 minutes.

Ensure that no liquid leaks from the condensation tray during operation. Residual water may be present in the condensation tray. Allow the condensation tray to cool down, remove the water, and wipe the surface clean before its next use.

If there is residual water on the surface of the towel steamer, turn off the power immediately and wipe it clean before resuming operation.

Do not dry heat the towel steamer for more than 5 minutes, as it will reduce the steamer’s service life.

Steam for an additional 5 min at a time if more heat is desired.
ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE
ADDING ESSENTIAL OIL TO CLOTHS
- Dampen cloth(s) and add up to 4 drops of essential oil per washcloth or hand towel.
- Steam using wash cloth timing reference above.
- Use only non-citrus essential oils. Using citrus-based essential oils may damage the towel steamer.
- Clean according to instructions after use.
STEAMING HIMALAYAN SALT ROCKS
- Fill the water to the max line in the water tank.
- Place salt rocks evenly in the steam basket.
- Heat up to 30min with or without the steam lid. Salt rocks will disintegrate over time and leave salt deposits with condensate water.
- Remove the remaining salt rock with tongs only, as they will still be hot.
- Clean according to instructions after use.
HEATING MASSAGE STONES
- Fill the water to the max line in the water tank.
- Place the massage stones evenly in the steam basket.
- Heat 15 to 30 minutes.
- Remove with tongs only, as massage stones will be extremely hot.
- Wipe off condensate water with a cloth or towel.
- Do not place massage stones on skin immediately after removing them from the steamer. Apply the stones to your body only when the stones reach a suitable temperature.
- Clean according to instructions after use.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to Usage: Remove the packaging and clean the towel steamer (see Care and Maintenance section). Note: A slight scent may be detected during its initial application. The emission of odor is a normal phenomenon and will dissipate quickly.
Step 1: Put the main body on a flat, stable surface.
Step 2: Fill the water tank in the main body, making sure the water does not exceed the maximum level indicator located on the ledge towards the front of the water tank. Note: For best performance and to increase the life of this steamer, only use Distilled or filtered water.
Step 3: Install the condensation tray and the steam basket onto the machine with the condensation tray below the steam basket.
Step 4: Pre-wet/dampen cloths before placing in steamer and place into the steam basket. Note: Cloths must be moisten or damp in order to steam properly.
Step 5: Cover the steam basket with the steam lid.
Step 6: Plug in the steamer and the White LED notification light will turn on indicating that the steamer is ON. Rotate timer knob clockwise to start the timer and the steaming process. A ticking sound will start and the White LED notification light will turn Green.
Step 7: An audible “ding” will sound when the steaming time is complete.
⚠TO REMOVE STEAM LID, LIFT BY HANDLE ONLY.
Step 8: To remove items from steam basket, use the supplied tongs. Steamed items will be hot!
Step 9: Allow the steam basket and condensation tray to cool down. Next, remove them and discard the excess condensate water.
CARE, MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
Clean the appliance after every use.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE INTO WATER OR WASH IT UNDER RUNNING WATER.
ONLY CLEAN THE UNIT WHEN IT IS NOT IN USE OR PLUGGED INTO A WALL OUTLET.
To Safely Disconnect the Towel Steamer:
- Switch off the timer knob by turning the control counterclockwise to the OFF (0) position.
- Remove the plug from the wall outlet and allow the towel steamer to cool down before adding or removing any parts. Do not pull the cable to unplug the unit.
- With the towel steamer cooled, remove the condensate water in the condensation tray before cleaning the steamer.
Cleaning the Towel Steamer:
- To avoid damaging the unit, do not use any cleaning agents such as soap, gasoline, thinner, alcohol, bleach, polishing powder, metallic brush, nylon brush and steel scourer to clean any part of appliance.
- Clean the steam basket, steam lid and condensation tray with water, wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
- Make sure all the accessories are dirt-free and properly dried before putting them aside for storage.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION: SAFETY AUTO SHUTOFF
How it Works:
- The temperature controller in the unit will shut off if the temperature exceeds the operating temperature and there is water in the main body. The temperature controller will return to normal once the unit cools down.
- With no water in the main body, the temperature will increase rapidly. The temperature controller will shut off the heating element when it exceeds the operating temperature.
- If the unit is damaged and receives excessive electric current, the overcurrent protection will disable the temperature controller and the timer. The unit is non-functioning and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
TROUBLESHOOTING

defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to
