INSTALLATION
-
use a hole saw to drill a hole in your rail to pass the cables through.

Use the appropriate grommet for your application, and place it on the rail. Be sure to align the opening in the grommet with the hole.

Install the stainless steel clamp assembly as shown.

Secure the clamp with the six M6x1x15mm bolts.

Insert the large bolt and rubber ring into the housing as shown.

Insert the second rubber ring onto the large bolt. Apply Loctite to the threads as shown.

Place the instrument template onto the lid.

Trace the template with a pen.

Remove the template from the lid.

Drill the mounting holes for your instrument. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for this.

Use a jigsaw (10 TPI blade is recommended) and cut the line that you marked in step #8.
Pro Tip: Use masking tape around the area you plan to cut to avoid unwanted marks from the jigsaw. -
Install the instrument and cables.

Install the rubber gasket and lid assembly on to housing.
Note: rubber gasket should already be applied to the front face plate . -
Secure housing assembly with the M4 x 0.7 x20mm and washers.
