Unpacking and Setup

If you are connecting a tablet or mobile phone, you need to use the correctOTG cable. (If your tablet or phone input port is USB-C, you need a USB-A to USB-COTG cable; if your tablet or phone input port is lightning port, you need to buy a USB-A to lightning OTG cable.)
2. Try to use another port of your device or change the cable to connect again.

When I get the MIDI keyboard, there is no sound when I press the keys.
The MIDI keyboard itself cannot produce sound, you need to connect it to your tablet, phone or computer and install DAW or other software. You can also contact Donner Online Customer Team for a free Melodics or Cubase Kit code, and download and install the software, or use other music software you like.
P.S. If you are using a tablet or phone, you need to use a suitableOTG cable to ensure that you can connect the device properly. If your tablet or phone has a Lightning input port, you will need to use a USB-A to LightningOTG cable. If the keyboard still does not sound, then please contact us. -
When the MIDI keyboard is connected to the computer, there is no sound.
1. Make sure you have installed the DAW or other music software. You can contact us to get a free Melodics or Cubase Kit code and download the software, or use other music software you like.
2. Check the MIDI signal: Open the DAW or other software on your computer and check if the MIDI signal of the MIDI keyboard is recognized. If the software does not detect the MIDI keyboard, select the model you purchased (DONNER N25/DONNER N32) in the MIDI settings of the software settings.
3. Check the volume and audio settings: make sure the volume of your computer, phone or tablet is turned on and not muted, and check whether the audio output settings of the software are correctly configured. Please select the sound card driver you are using, if there is no external sound card, select the computer integrated sound card.

1. Check the keyboard if there are impurities (such as food or liquid) into the keyboard. Please keep MIDI keyboard clean.
