Original Design Details:

In an effort to control costs, the 94000 Cream Server (CSM) and 94070 Condiment Server (MMS) have been redesigned. The food-holding capacity remains the same, but the shroud height has decreased from 8 inches to 6 7/8 inches. Thorough testing has been done to ensure that the insulation performance remains the same as the original design.

Pumps 94010 and 94080 have been discontinued. If replacement is needed for these pumps, customers will need to order a new CSM or MMS.

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Server

  1. Clean the server thoroughly before first use.
  2. Ensure that all components are dry and free from any residue.
  3. Inspect the server for any damage or defects.

Step 2: Filling the Server

  1. Remove the lid or cover from the server.
  2. Pour the desired cream or condiment into the server, ensuring not to overfill.
  3. Replace the lid or cover securely.

Step 3: Using the Server

  1. Place the server on a stable surface.
  2. Press the pump lever gently to dispense the cream or condiment.
  3. Release the pump lever to stop the flow.

Step 4: Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Disconnect the server from any power source if applicable.
  2. Remove any remaining cream or condiment from the server.
  3. Disassemble the server as per the instructions in the user manual.
  4. Wash all components with warm soapy water.
  5. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air dry.
  6. Reassemble the server and store it in a clean and dry place.
