READ AND SAVE THESE IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND INJURY TO PERSONS, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

Do not touch hot surfaces or heated water during or immediately after use.

To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse appliance in water orother liquid.

Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.

Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.

Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.

Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot liquids.

To operate, plug cord into wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.

Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

Never immerse the warmer or power cord in water.

When in use, the warmer contains hot water. Be careful to avoid spilling or splashing any water on yourself when removing contents from the warmer.

Before serving, make sure contents are at a safe temperature.

Warming contents for long periods is not recommended.

Before feeding, pour a few drops of the liquid content from the baby bottle on to the back of your hand to test the temperature.
CAUTION: Always test content temperature before feeding your baby. -
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way. -
Before servicing, unplug cord from wall outlet. Do not leave cord within child’s reach.

Always UNPLUG the warmer before removing and installing the warming chamber. Do not add water directly to warming chamber; only add water to warming base.

The preheating of the appliance is not necessary.
-
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
CAUTION: Do not use an extension cord. -
Any maintenance servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
CAUTION: Never freeze glass containers, as glass may break.

USING YOUR WARMER
CAUTION: Always unplug warmer before filling.
❶ Unlock warming chamber by twisting counterclockwise and lifting from base.
❷ Add DISTILLED water to line ABOVE the “FILL” text on inner rim,
indicated by the MAX arrow – approximately 9.5oz/280mL of water.
Note: If water is at or below “FILL” text, indicated by the MIN arrow,
the unit may make bubbling sounds indicating water should be added soon.
WARNING: ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE CHECKING WATER LEVEL.
❸ Place warming chamber onto base, aligning arrow with unlock symbol (on the
back of the base) and twisting clockwise to align arrow with lock symbol.
Insert gray warming basket. Plug unit in.
❹ Place vessel into warming chamber as outlined below.
BOTTLE: Remove bottle components, fill bottle and add storage cap.
Place into warming basket. When warming items that are too large for the
basket, warming water may overflow. Remove the basket and insert the item in
the warming chamber.
CAUTION: Never freeze glass containers, as glass may break.
Note: Bottle may leak if storage cap is not added.
Note: Use of the warming basket will raise the water level and speed the
time in which the bottle will warm.
BREAST MILK STORAGE BAG: Place into warming basket.
Breast milk storage bags are available in a variety of sizes. Frozen bags can
also be in a variety of contorted shapes, depending on the freezing condition.
The basket may or may not be used, depending on the bag shape.
Note: Use of the basket will raise the water level and speed the time in
which the milk will warm.
SETTING WARMING TIME
CAUTION: ALWAYS TEST CONTENT TEMPERATURE BEFORE FEEDING YOUR BABY.
❺ Press any button to turn appliance on.
| Select the button to choose the vessel material type.

| Select the button to choose volume of liquid in the vessel. Use UP or DOWN
arrow buttons to adjust between 1 oz (35mL) and 11oz (325mL).
| Select the button to choose the temperature condition of the vessel.
Manual Time Adjustment: While in the temperature condition mode, use the
UP and DOWN buttons to change the timer setting.
Note: The last used warming time is remembered for your next use.
| Press the button to start the cycle. The timer will count down until the
warming is finished.
CAUTION: DO NOT touch warming chamber during or immediately after use.
❻ Promptly remove vessel to avoid overheating. Gently stir or swirl liquid to ensure it warms evenly. DO NOT shake.
WARMING TIME CHART
This chart corresponds to the times pre-programmed into the warmer.
Note: Run two cycles for 5-11 oz (150-325 mL) in frozen plastic bottles.

THIS TIME CHART IS APPROXIMATE FOR DR. BROWN’S™ VESSEL SIZES. WARMING TIMES
WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE VESSEL MATERIAL, SHAPE AND VOLUME. TEMPERED GLASS
HAS BEEN TESTED FOR USE IN THIS WARMER.
CAUTION: NEVER FREEZE GLASS CONTAINERS, AS GLASS MAY BREAK.
CLEANING THE WARMER
CAUTION: Always unplug the appliance and ensure it is cool before cleaning anypart. DO NOT SUBMERGE BASE IN WATER.
Daily
❶ Allow unit to cool before cleaning.
❷ Remove the top warming chamber from the base.
❸ Empty the water from the base.
❹ Rinse warming base, warming chamber, and warming basket with clean water.
If storing unit for longer than a day, dry or allow to air dry before re-
assembly.
Note: Use of tap water may cause “H20ERR” and can shorten the life of the
appliance.
Use distilled water.
Special Cleaning
If the unit warming chamber and/or warmer base becomes contaminated with milk:
Hand wash with clean water and mild detergent.
Note: DO NOT use scouring pads, abrasives, bleach or solvents for
cleaning. DO NOT disassemble base. There are no serviceable parts inside.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the warmer is not operating, check that:
❶ The power cable is connected to the power outlet.
❷ The water is filled to the proper level.
❸ The unit is correctly assembled.
❹ If display shows the error “H20ERR,” the warmer may have no/low water
condition.
Unplug from power. Fill water to the correct level, to the line ABOVE the
“FILL” text.
Reconnect to power.
❺ If display shows “H20ERR” message and is properly filled with water,
milk/minerals have come in contact with the heating element and the unit must
be cleaned.
Follow the SPECIAL CLEANING instructions.
❻ Water overflowing from the warming chamber: This can occur if the bottle has
a very large diameter, such as with a wide-neck glass bottle with silicone
sleeve. Remove the basket and warm bottle directly in the warming chamber.
WARRANTY
This warming appliance is warranted against defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at no charge if it has not been tampered with and appliance has been used according to these printed instructions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights as well as other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty does not cover a defect that has been caused by negligence, accidents or improper use of the appliance. To keep this appliance in good condition and retain your warranty, USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
