- App to enable whole room/group control.
- To set up voice control with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, enable CYNC / C by GE within your voice assistant app and find your devices.
Get started with Amazon Frustration-Free Setup
If you selected Frustration-Free Setup during checkout, easily pair your
- Plug in your Smart Plug.
- If Alexa says, “New plug found”, CYNC Plug with your Alexa’s voice you can begin using your Smart assistant.
- Plug in with Alexa. Otherwise, go to step 3.
- Say, “Alexa, discover my devices” Once your Smart Plug is discovered you can begin using your Plug with Alexa.

- Plug your Smart Plug into an outlet.
- Click the notification to set up the device
- Open the Google Home app. and select CYNC / C by GE Smart Plug.
- Assign your Smart Plug to a room.
