AIBOO DC12V Linkable LED Under Cabinet Light

Product Information

The product is a light fixture kit that comes in three different configurations: 4 Puck Lights Kit, 6 Puck Lights Kit, and 8 Puck Lights Kit. Each kit includes various components such as adapters, on/off switch, controller, extension cord, puck lights, splitter, remote, remote bracket, two-sided stickers, and screws. The specifications of the puck lights are as follows: Size L1=10cm/3.9inch L2=80cm/31.5inch A=6cm/2.36inch D=0.8cm/0.31inch. The puck lights have a power of 2W and operate at a voltage of DC12V with a beam angle of 120 degrees.

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Connection Of Puck Lights Kit

Before installation of the LED puck lights (I), decide how to connect the light fixture. There are two ways to connect the puck lights:

  • Way I: Puck Lights (I) only connect to one port of the splitter (J). You can connect all the puck lights to any one port of the splitter. Extension cords (H) can be used to extend the length of cords if needed. Note that connecting more puck lights in series may result in dimmer brightness. Make sure the total power of the connected puck lights does not exceed the load of the power supply.
  • Way II: Puck Lights (I) connect to two or more ports of the splitter (J). You can connect all the puck lights to any two or more ports of the splitter. Extension cords (H) can be used to extend the length of cords if needed.

Step 2: Two Installation Ways Of LED Puck Lights

There are two installation ways for the LED puck lights:

  • Way I: The adapter (A/C) can be connected directly with the splitter (J) without the component controller (E) & on/off switch (D). All the ports of the splitter (J) don’t need to have all the puck lights (I) connected.
  • Note: All the above connection ways of puck lights are flexible and diverse. Choose the installation method that suits your needs.

Step 3: Fix the Remote (K)

Fix the remote (K) according to the provided instructions.

INSTALLATION

WARNING: PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY AND TURN ELECTRICITY OFF BEFORE INSTALLATION.

  1. tO AVOID EQUIPMENT DAMAGE OR OTHER ACCIDENTS CAUSED BY SHORT CIRCUIT, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CONNECTORS ARE FULLY INSERTED WHEN CONNECTING THE WIRES.
  2. PLEASE INSTALL THE aDAPTER(a⁄¢)IN A WELL-VENTILATED PLACE WHERE THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE IS APPROPRIATE.
    IF YOU FIND SOME ISSUES AFTER INSTALLATION, PLEASE TRY TO FIX THEM ACCORDING TO THE
    BELOW FAULT aNALYSIS & sOLUTION. iF THE ISSUES STILL WON’T BE SOLVED, PLEASE CONTACT THE SELLER FOR SUPPORT.

Step 1: Connection Of Puck Lights Kit

Before installation of the led puck lights (I), please decide to how to connect the light fixture. The connection methods of lighting fixture are flexible and diverse.
The way I: Puck Lights (I) only connect to one port of the splitter (J)
All the puck lights can be connected with 1/2/3/4/5/6 any one port of the splitter (J) which is with 6 same ports. Besides, the extension cords (H) can be used to extend the length of cords of puck lights for your use.
( If you want to add more puck lights to use, please take care of the following problems:

  1. The brightness of the puck lights will be dimmer if connect more puck lights in series.
  2. The total power of the connected puck lights couldn’t exceed the load of the power supply.
  3. As for the first problem, you can connect the power supply with both ends of puck lights to address the issue. Any other problems, please contact seller for the support.

All the puck lights can be connected with 1/2/3/4/5/6 any two or more ports of the splitter (J) which is with 6 same ports. Besides, the extension cords (H) can be used to extend the length of cords of puck lights for your use.

Note:All above connection ways of puck lights

  1. The adapter (A/C) can be connected directly with the splitter (J) without the component controller (E) & on/off switch (D).
  2. All the ports of the splitter (J) don’t need to get all the puck lights (I) connected for your use.

Step 2: Two Installation Ways Of LED Puck Lights

  1. Installation Ways I: Mounted With Screws (P)
  2. As the picture shows, please open the cover of led puck light (I) according to the direction of the arrows.
  3. Get the screws (P) mounted through the installation holes to fix the puck light in the installation position.
  4. Tighten the cover of the puck light.
  5. Installation Ways II: Install with Two Sided Stickers (M)
    Use two sided stickers (M) to stick the puck light (I) on the installation position.

Step 3: Fix the Remote (K)

Use the two sided sticker (N) to get the remote bracket (L) mounted on the in stallation position, and put the remote (K) into it.
So far, the installation of puck lights has been completed.
Remove the plastic sheet of the remote and use the remote to control the lights. The instruction of using the remote control refers to other separate manual.

All lights are not on

| 1. Remove the controller (E), then get the adapter connected with the splitter directly. If all the lights can turn on, it is the issue of the controller.


2.  Remove the controller (E) and the on/off switch (D), then get the adapter connected with the splitter directly. If all the lights still don’t turn on, it is the issue of the power supply.
