UMF RUHLA Poljot 3133 Chrono Mechanic Watch
Product Information
The Chrono Mechanik Poljot 3133 is a mechanical watch manufactured by Uhren- und Maschinenfabrik Ruhla in Germany. It features a start/stop button [1], a crown [2], a return button [3], a stop-minute indicator [6], a time-second indicator [4], and a stop-second indicator [5].
It is important to note that this watch should only be wound clockwise until it reaches the stop point. Overwinding should be avoided. For adjusting the time, the crown [2] needs to be pulled out and the time can be set. Once adjusted, the crown [2] should be pushed back into place.
Adjusting the date requires pulling the crown [2] and fixing the hour hand to the 11 o’clock position. Winding the watch until the hour hand passes noon will cause the date to jump forward by one day. To set the date back, wind the hour hand counterclockwise to 11 o’clock and then again clockwise passing noon. Repeat this procedure until the desired date is set. After setting the date, readjust the time if necessary. The stop function of the watch keeps the second hand [5] in the noon position. However, this can be overridden by using the start/stop button [1]. The return button [3] is used to reset the second hand to zero. The stopped minutes are indicated on the stop-minute indicator [6].
