I have a Tacwise tool that is faulty and within warranty, what do I need to
do?
If your tool is faulty and within warranty, email us with your proof of

within warranty, we will replace it with a newly refurbished one (same model
or higher specification) at no extra cost.
I have an air leak around the trigger, top cap or nose.

Check the air pressure is correct. Refer to your manual. My tool is switched on, and the light is on, but the tool is not working.
-
I can hear a click when I pull the trigger. Your tool may be jammed. For further guidance on how to unjam your tool head over to our servicing.
What is the air consumption of the pneumatic tools?
Between 60-120 PSI, depending on the tool. -
My electric nailer/stapler is tripping the circuit breaker in my home/workshop when I fire it.
-
The larger (50mm) electric nailers and staplers draw a considerable current (amperage) at the point of firing. You can remove one or more electrical products which are also plugged in and this may solve the problem.
-
Alternatively, you will need to upgrade your fuse/circuit breaker.
How do I remove a jammed nail/staple from my electric tool?
To unjam the tool, unplug it from the power source. Tilt the tool and remove
any unused nails from the magazine channel. Open the quick-release nose plate
and gently dislodge the jammed nail/staple using a punch.
The nail/staple does not go fully into the wood, is this a fault?
To get the best performance from an electric tool, it is recommended to use
two hands to apply downward pressure to counteract the upward force that is
generated by the coil.
