Cordless Massage Gun
INTRODUCTION
To get the most out of your new product, please read this manual before use. Please also save the manual in case you need to refer to it at a later date.

Do not use this appliance in a bathtub, shower, or water-filled bowl.
Class product: Designed to be supplied from a separated extra low voltage
supply (SELV). The voltage from a SELV supply is low enough that a person can
normally come into contact with it without the risk of electric shock.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must not be used by persons, including children, with a
physical, sensory or mental disability or anyone without experience or
knowledge unless they are supervised or have been instructed how to use the
appliance. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have diabetes or any
other health issues, you should ask your doctor for advice before using the
massage gun. If you have persistent muscle or joint pain that does not
disappear after using the massage gun, you should ask your doctor for advice.
Do not use the massage gun on areas of skin with open wounds, or if the skin
is discolored, burned, inflamed or affected by eczema.
Do not use the massage gun on wet or damp skin. If necessary, use the massage
gun over your clothes.
Do not use the massage gun on the head or bones, e.g. on the knee or elbow.
Keep hair and fingers away from the massage head to avoid them becoming
trapped.
The massage gun must not be used for more than 15 minutes at a time.
Check regularly that the massage gun and charger are in good working order. If
this is not the case, the massage gun must not be used.
Do not attempt to repair the massage gun yourself.
The massage gun and the charger must not be exposed to heat, direct sunlight,
moisture, sharp edges and the like. Always turn the massage gun off when it is
not in use or when cleaning it. The massage gun is solely intended for
domestic use and is not suitable for commercial use. Always use the massage
gun in accordance with the instructions.
MAIN COMPONENTS
USE
Find yourself a suitable seated position. It is not recommended to use the
massage gun when standing or when prone.
Choose a suitable massage head and plug it into the massage gun by gently
pressing to secure it. To remove a head, gently pull to remove. Do not add or
remove massaging heads whilst the massage gun is ON.

To turn the massage gun ON/OFF press the Power (Mode) button.
Start at the lowest power setting and gently apply the massage gun to your
body to start your massage.
Short press the Power (Mode) button to cycle through the available 6 power
levels (where 1 is the gentlest and 6 is the most vigorous). Choose a power
level where you feel comfortable. Excessive pressure can cause injury and may
damage the device.
Note:
The massage gun will automatically turn off after 15 minutes. This is the
recommended massage time. Exceeding the recommended massage time may cause
injury and/or damage to the massage gun.
If the massage gun is on and you press the massage head too hard, the massage
gun will stop working and ”Er” will show on the display. Please do not worry,
this is a built-in feature to avoid damaging the motor.
HOW TO USE HOT-HEAD ATTACHMENT
Ensure that the massage gun is turned OFF before attaching the Heating Head to
the massage gun.
Turn the massage gun ON by long pressing the Power (Mode) button.
Long press the Heat (Mode) button for 2 seconds. The Heating mode symbol will
illuminate.
Place the massage gun on a suitable flat, dry, heat resistant surface and
allow 3-4 minutes for the Heating Head to reach the appropriate temperature.
Press the Power (Mode) button to set the appropriate power level.
Apply the massage gun to your body to start your massage.
Note: Exercise caution to avoid body parts which are sensitive to heat to
prevent burns.
When finished, hold the Power (Mode) button to turn off the massage gun. Place
onto a suitable flat, dry heat resistant surface and allow to cool fully
before adding or removing any accessories or recharging.
HOW TO USE COLD HEAD ATTACHMENT
Before using the Cold Head attachment, detach it from the massage gun if
necessary and place the head into a refrigerator for around 2 hours. Do not
cool below 4°C. Attach the Cold Head to the massage gun.
Turn the massage gun ON by long pressing the Power (Mode ) button. Start on
the lowest power setting and slowly cycle through the power levels to find
your comfort level. Apply the massage gun to your body to start your massage.
Note: Exercise caution to avoid body parts which are sensitive to cold.
When finished, hold down the Power (Mode) button to turn the massage gun off.

Note:
Motor noises during operation is normal.
If the rated working time is over, the product will automatically turn off.
If you use this product continuously for over 30 minutes, the temperature
control will automatically turn off the device. If this occurs, please allow
for a 30 minute break before resuming.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, please make sure the massage gun has been turned off and the
adapter has been disconnected from the product.
Use slightly damp cloth to clean the surface of product and control panel.
