Safety Tips

Power Source
For optimum performance, plug the electric nailer directly into a main power source. Avoid using extension leads if possible. If necessary, use a thick extension lead that is approved, less than 10 meters in length, and suitable for the power input of your tool. Refer to the instruction manual for more details.
Loading Fastenings
- To load compatible fastenings, release the catch on the nailer.
- Slide the pusher backwards to open up the loading area.
- Tilt the tool and carefully place nails into the track of the magazine channel with the points facing down.
How to use
Soft & Medium woods
- Safety tips: 1) Disconnect the tool from power when not in use and before loading 2) Wear safety goggles
- For optimum results, plug into the mains power source. An extension lead should not be used.
- If essential, use an approved thick extension lead less than 10 meters in length, suitable for the power input of your tool. Check the instruction manual included with the tool.
- To load with compatible fastenings, release the catch and slide the pusher backwards.
- Tilt the tool and place nails into the track of the magazine channel with the points of the nails facing downwards. Close base while making sure the nail strip stays upright in the channel. Push the magazine shut until the catch clicks.
- Plug the tool into the power source and switch the tool on. Using 2 hands (unless using very soft wood) firmly hold the tool with a tacking mouth and safety pin firmly against the work surface.
- Squeeze the trigger to fire the shot. To avoid nail jams, use Tacwise fasteners. Choose the appropriate tool and fastener length for your material before starting.
- To unjam the tool, unplug the tool from the power source. Tilt the tool and remove any unused nails from the magazine channel. Alternatively, release the nose plate.
