The Smart Balance Bar is a training device designed to improve muscular stability, primarily in the core area and supporting joint structures. It provides an unsteady base to enhance strength and stability compared to traditional plank exercises.

Intended Use
The balance bar was developed as a training device to improve muscular stability, mainly in the core area and all the supporting joint structures. Due to its characteristics and unsteady base, this product will help improve strength and stability to a greater degree when compared to the traditional plank exercise.

DANGER! This symbol, when combined with the note Danger, means high risk. Failure to observe this warning may lead to injury to life and limb.

DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

  • Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing materials. There is a suffocation risk.
  • This product may be used by children 8 years and up as well as by persons with physical, sensory, or mental impairments or lacking experience and knowledge when supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and understanding the associated risks.
  • Children must not play with the device.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
  • Keep the product and its cord out of the reach of children.

DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!

  • Make sure the charging cable cannot be damaged by sharp edges or hot points. Do not wrap the charging cable around the appliance.
  • Never make any modifications to the product. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be carried out by qualified personnel only.
  • Do not attempt to connect the device to an outdoor outlet. Use only indoor AC/DC adapters to charge the device.

  • The product is powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
  • There is a risk of explosion if batteries are not handled properly.
  • The batteries are not designed to be replaced.
  • When using the device, do not expose it to temperatures over 40ºC.
  • Damage to the battery could cause an explosion and/or fire.
  • Do not dismantle, open, or shred the battery.
  • Do not expose the battery to heat or fire. Store the device away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not short-circuit the battery.

  • Only use this product for its intended purpose. Misuse may lead to injury. Use this product according to these instructions only. Do not attempt to modify the product in any way.
  • Do not use the device if there is visible damage to it or the charging cable.
  • Always consult your physician before beginning your workout program. Make sure you are physically fit to use it.
  • Always remember to warm up before exercising and train according to your current fitness level. Overexertion and overtraining may lead to serious injuries. If you find yourself experiencing any discomfort, pain, weakness, or fatigue, stop training immediately and contact a physician.
  • Safe training requires ample room. Perform the exercises away from objects and other people to ensure everyone’s safety. Before using the equipment, make sure your surroundings are free from any potential interference.
  • Pregnant women should only use the equipment after consulting their physician.
  • Do not exceed the maximum recommended load.
  • Always use the product on flat and smooth surfaces.
  • Do not use the equipment near stairs or steps.

Electrical devices can represent hazards to pets and livestock. In addition, animals can also cause damage to the device. For this reason, you should keep animals away from electrical devices at all times.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Cleaning:

  • Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning!
  • Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk or steel wool to clean the components. They can damage the upper surface of the appliance.
  • Protect the device from water drops and water spray. Only use a clean, dry cloth for cleaning the device, and never use any corrosive liquids. Use a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove any stubborn dirt.
  • Make sure moisture does not enter the product while cleaning to prevent damage to the product and related repairs.

Storage:

  • When no longer using the product, store it in a dry environment, protected from dust and direct sunlight.
  • If the product is not to be used for a long period, make sure to recharge it on a regular basis to maintain battery performance.
  • Store your equipment inside the original case provided.

INSTRUCTIONS

Charging instructions:
To charge the device, plug a USB charging cable into a USB power adapter (not included) and into the product’s charging port. Then connect it to a power outlet. The device’s LED will remain steadily red to indicate that it is charging and will light up green once fully charged. When the battery is low, it will blink red.

How to use


  • This product is app-controlled.
  • Scan the QR code to download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. You can also download the app from our website: www.prozis.com/fitnesstracker
  • Sign in to the app.

Pairing the product with a mobile device

  • Your Balance Bar is in suspension mode. Long-press the center of the smart sensor for a few seconds to switch it on.
  • The LED should be blinking red and green, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
  • Open the Prozis GAo app, press the device button displayed at the bottom of your dashboard screen, and then press “+” to add a device. Select the intended device and follow the instructions.
  • Once a connection is established, the product will blink blue three times.
  • On the app, you can choose different workout activities according to your fitness goals or preferences.

Reset
Once you pair the Balance Bar with your smartphone, it will be locked to that device. To reset, long-press the center of the smart sensor for about 10 seconds. While doing so, the LED should be blinking blue, and when it’s over, the LED should blink in three colors.

Types of exercise:
Check the Prozis Go app for more information about workout activities. Remember that you should use the Balance Bar with the Prozis logo facing you; otherwise, the sensor will not work properly.

Warranty Statement
All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final consumers. This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-profession-al purposes.

WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for 3 years, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law. If repair is required, these 3 years are suspended during repair time.

CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials, or production.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information is also provided at the end of this warranty. Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model name.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.

EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
  2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of superficial damage that only affect the product’s appearance.
  3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
  4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
  5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
  6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
  7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
  8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
  9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation, or commerce.
  10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.

The services provided by Prozis to repair or fix any fault or malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport, and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with, or modified in any way.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.
