Product Information

To charge the device, follow these steps:

1. Plug a USB charging cable into a USB power adapter (not included) and into the product’s charging port.
2. Connect the USB power adapter to a power outlet.
3. The LED will remain steadily red to indicate that it is charging and will light up green once fully charged.
4. If the battery is low, the LED will blink red.

To use the product, follow these steps:

1. This product is app-controlled. Download the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or from the website: www.prozis.com/fitnesstracker
2. Sign in to the app.
3. Pair the Balance Board with your smartphone.
4. To reset the pairing, long-press the center of the smart sensor for about 10 seconds. The LED should blink blue during the reset process and blink in three colors when completed.
5. Refer to the online user manual for more information about workout activities.
6. Ensure that the Balance Board is used with the Prozis logo facing you for proper sensor functionality.

How to charge

To charge the device, plug a USB charging cable into a USB power adapter (not included) and into the product’s charging port. Then connect it to a power outlet. The device’s LED will remain steadily red to indicate that it is charging and will light up green once fully charged. When the battery is low, it will blink red.

Sign in to the app.

Pairing the product with a mobile device

• Your Balance Board is in suspension mode. Long-press the center of the smart sensor for a few seconds to switch it on.
• The LED should be blinking red and green, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
• Open the Prozis Go app, press the device button displayed at the bottom of your dashboard screen, and then press “+” to add a device. Select the  intended device and follow the instructions.
• Once a connection is established, the product will blink blue three times.
• On the app, you can choose different workout activities according to your fitness goals or preferences.

Reset
Once you pair the Balance Board with your smartphone, it will be locked to that device. To reset, long-press the center of the smart sensor for about 10 seconds. While doing so, the LED should be blinking blue, and when it’s over, the LED should blink in three colors.

Types of exercise:

Check the online user manual for more information about workout activities. Remember that you should use the Balance Board with the Prozis logo facing you; otherwise, the sensor will not work properly.

The Balance Board was developed as a training device for deeper muscle groups, joint mobilization, and balance improvement. This product will help you improve your balance, coordination, focus, stability, stamina, and strength. The device is intended for personal use only. Do not use it for medical or commercial purposes.

DANGER! This symbol, when combined with the note Danger, means high risk. Failure to observe this warning may lead to injury to life and limb.

DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

• Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing materials. There is a suffocation risk.
