FAQ
Q1: This PoE switch can support up to 1000Mbps transmission rate, but why the port output rate does not reach 1000Mbps?
Please check whether the connected devices have a transmission rate of 1000Mbps, and it is recommend to use Cat5 or higher standard Ethernet cable for connection.
Q2: Why is the Power LED not lit?
Please make sure that the Ethernet cable is firmly connected to the device and the PoE Port. Please make sure that the connected device can work properly and make sure the non-PoE device is connected to power.
Q3: Why is the device not powered on when they are connected to the PoE switch?
Please check whether the device supports PoE power supply protocol, if not, the device can only transmit data and need to be powered separately. Please check if the power of the connected device has exceeded the total power. Please check whether use the Category 5 or higher standard Ethernet cable and whether the connection distance have exceeded 100m (328ft).
