Product Usage Instructions
Switching Left / Right Ear
To switch the ear position of the headset, follow the instructions below:
- Rotate the headset 90 degrees to the right to wear on the right ear.
- Rotate the headset 90 degrees to the left to wear on the left ear.
If you feel the headset is not fitting properly, adjust the eartip to a comfortable position.

Pairing Instructions
To pair the headset with a device, follow the steps below:
- Long press the MFB button for 3 seconds to turn on the headset.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone.
- Search for the device named “SP1” and connect.
Note: The headset will automatically turn off if there is no connection within 3 minutes.
Connecting with 2 Devices
To connect the headset with two devices, follow the steps below:
- Connect the first device and then disconnect it.
- Connect the second device and reconnect the first device.
- If you cannot connect, try repairing and connecting the devices again.
Note: Please disconnect the first device, or the headset Bluetooth name will not be found.
Possible Problems and Solutions
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Disconnection | Check if the distance between the mobile phone and the headset |
exceeds 15m.
No sound| Check if the headset volume is low or if the headset is
correctly connected to the phone.
Low battery| When the battery is low, the indicator light will flash. Use a
standard Type-C cable to charge the headset.
Cannot pair| Check if the Bluetooth device is turned on and search for the
headset device name.
Attention
- Do not let children play with the headset as small parts may cause suffocation.
- Do not disassemble the headset, as it will be considered as man-made damage and not covered by the warranty.
- Do not use the headset in a humid environment or in pouring rain.
- Do not clean the headset when it is charging. Separate the headset from the charging cable before cleaning.
