3. Installation instructions:
1. Surface Installation:
Put the camera on the desk, and make sure the camera is level. If you want to put the camera on an oblique surface, please make sure the angle of inclination is lesthe s than 15 degwork ensure camera pan and tilt working in normal operation.
Ceiling Mount Installation
- Step 1: Mounting the ceiling bracket Ceiling Ceiling bracket (This side to the ceiling.)
- Step 2: Install the camera Screw port

Thanks for choosing our HD conference cameras. Please read this manual
carefully before using the product.
Notice
- To avoid damage from stress, violent vibration, and soaking during transportation, storage, and installation.
- Take care of each component of the camera during installation, and install a camera at is affordable enough, to avoid drops or scratches of the camera case.
- Handle the camera parts gently, do not squeeze the camera units hard. Please do not touch the camera lens by hand directly to avoid the lens scratched and image quality being affected.
- Do not apply excessive voltage. (Use only the specified voltage) Otherwise, you may get an electric shock or a fire occurs.
- Do not aim the camera at the sun or other high luminous objects, otherwise, it may cause image blurring or lens flare, even cause permanent damage to the camera.
- Do not clean the camera with active chemical or corrosive detergents, and remove dust or dirt on the surface of the lens with a blower (Commercially available)
- Do not disassemble any camera components, in case of abnormal operation; contact your authorized dealer or the store where you purchased the product.

Surface Installation
Put the camera on the desk, and make sure the camera is level. If you want to put the camera on an oblique surface, please make sure the angle of inclination is less than 15 degrees to ensure the camera pan and tilt work in normal operation. -

Remote Control Button Description
- Remote Control Launch Window;
- 【POWER】Standby Button, pressing it, camera goes into Standby Mode; pressing again, camera goes Power ON;
- 【PT/Reset 】Camera Pan/Tilt reset Function same with 9(PT/RESET)
- 【CAMERA SELECT】Choose the camera number that needs to be controlled to correspond to the dial-up code on the back of the camera;
- 【POSITION】Preset position setup keys, include 【PRESET】and 【RESET】;
- 【UP】Camera rotating horizontally in regularly installed direction;
- 【DOWN】Camera rotating horizontally in reversed installed direction;
- 【PAN-TILT】Camera rotation control key: press this button and move by the arrow direction, press【HOME】to back to the center of vertical and horizontal position;
- 【Camera Pan/Tilt Reset 】Camera Pan/Tilt reset;
- 【 MENU】Not Applicable for this model;

Attentions for Remote Control
- If the remote control doesn’t work, please replace bthe atteries.
- If there is an object between the emote control and the pecialized remote control sensor, the camera will not work. Please make sure the remote control is aimed at the sensor in front of the camera when controlling it.
- L/R SET and Menu keys are not applicable for this model.
- Fast zoom key, slow zoom key, mand annual, and autofocus keys nare not applicable for the ixed focus model.
Common Operations Introductions
- Camera Select
- Refer to the dial-up at the back of the camera and choose the camera address number that you want to control(1-3).
- Camera Focusing Mode Control
- 【AUTO】Switch the focus mode to AUTO
- 【MANUAL】Switch the focus mode to MANUAL 【FAR】Far focus manually
- 【NEAR】Near focus manually
- Note : Not applicable for fixed focus model.
- Camera Zoom Control
- Press any one of the 4 【ZOOM】 to make the zoom function. These 4 keys are not applicable to fixed-focus cameras.
- Preset Setup, Call, Cancel
- Reserve Preset: Press 【PRESET】then press one of the numbers (0-9)to reserve a preset corresponding to the NUMBER.
* **Note** : you can set up 10 presets at most by the remote control.
2. **Call Preset:** Press the NUMBER(0-9y to call the reserved preset.
* **Note** : It won’t work if there’s no preset reserved in the corresponding number.
3. **Remove Preset:** Press 【RESET】, then press one of the numbers 0-9)to remove a preset corresponding to the NUMBER.

Troubleshooting
Before requesting service from a serviceman, please kindly refer to the troubleshooting below, if it still can’t be solved, please contact us for help.
Q : The video of the camera cannot be displayed on the screen.
A : Please check the connection between the power cable, video cable,
camera, and monitor, and fix the connector on each end.
Q : Why the camera rotate for about 10 seconds after powering on?
A : This is the normal self-test of the camera.
Q : Poor Image quality while using in church or other low-light
conditions.
A : Adjust the church lighting properly.
Q : The remote control is not working or is insensitive.
A :
- Not work, please replace the batteries.
- Not sensitive: Choose the correct “IR select” number to meet the camera; Control the camera within 15m; Remove the obstacles; Aim at the sensor which is in front of the camera when controlling it.
Q : The USB interface is not identifiable.
A : Please check USB cable and extension cable are well connected or not.
If yes, change to another USB interface and try to
connect again.
Q : It was not been controlled via RS-232/RS-485 when the camera was
connected to the PC.
A : Make sure there is a correct connection between the camera and the
PC. (Reference to RS-485 and RS-232 Pins distribution on page 5.)
Q : Why no wall mount brackets?
A : The camera comes with a ceiling mount, please kindly note that wall
mount or tripod brackets need to be bought separately.
Q : Does this camera have a built-in mic?
A : No, our cameras come with no built-in mic.
Q : Can we control the camera only with the remote control?
A : We can control the camera by remote control. Keyboard controller
(joystick), and software that is compatible with Sony and VISCA protocol.
