Assembly

Attaching Wedges to Tray and through wedge (E).
Repeat for second wedgePush bolts (AA & BB) through bottom of tray (A) -
Placing Handles on Wedges
- Turn tray (A) over, so the tray is at an angle of 45 degrees
- Place handles (B) over bolts and lower onto wedges (E).
3 Attaching the Legs
Make sure the holes in leg (C) are facing the back of the tray.
Place leg over bolts (AA & BB) and loosely attach to handle with washers and
nuts. Repeat for other leg.
- Attaching the Leg Brace
Place leg brace (D) across the back of leg (C) and loosely attach using bolts,
washers, and nuts (DD).
Repeat to attach the other end of the leg brace to the other leg.

Attaching the Nose Guard
Use bolts, washers, and nuts (CC) to attach nose guard (F) to front of handles (B). -
Attaching the Axle Bracket and Tray Braces
Attach axle bracket (H) to bottom of handle (B) using a bolt (CC) pushed through the hole closest to tray.
Push second bolt (CC) through hole with tray brace (J) then through handle (B). Attach the tray braces (J) on to the tray, align the holes and secure with bolts, washers, and nuts (DD).
