BANNER WLR95 In-Line Work Light

Product Information

The WLR95 In-Line Work Light is a versatile lighting solution designed for various applications. It features a cool white color temperature of 6500K, providing bright and clear illumination. The light has an integral 4-pin M12 male/female quick-disconnect connector for easy installation and connection. The work light operates within a voltage range of 12V DC to 30V DC and requires a suitable Class 2 power supply (UL) or a SELV power supply (CE). It is protected against reverse polarity and transient voltages, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The construction of the work light includes a nickel- plated brass connector and a TPU clear housing. A removable cap is included to cover the female quick disconnect.

The WLR95 In-Line Work Light meets various industry standards for vibration, mechanical shock, and environmental rating. It complies with IEC 60068-2-6 requirements for vibration and IEC 60068-2-27 requirements for mechanical shock. The work light has an impact rating of IK06 and an environmental rating of IP65, IP67, IP68, and UL Type 1.

It is important to note that electrical connections should be made by qualified personnel in accordance with local and national electrical codes and regulations. Overcurrent protection is required as specified in the provided table. The work light supports dimming functionality with high/low/off options, depending on the wiring configuration.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the power supply voltage is within the range of 12V DC to 30V DC.
  2. Connect the work light using the integral 4-pin M12 male/female quick-disconnect connector. Match the corresponding male and female pins/wires.
  3. For wiring, refer to the pin wire color and description provided in the manual.
  4. Use the brown wire for connecting to 12V DC to 30V DC power supply.
  5. The white wire is not used and can be left disconnected.
  6. Connect the blue wire to the DC common.
  7. Connect the black wire to 12V DC to 30V DC for 50% of maximum intensity. For 100% intensity, leave the black wire floating or connected to common.
  8. Ensure continuity between the male and female connections for all four wires.
  9. For proper overcurrent protection, refer to the supplied table and use suitable wiring based on AWG size.
  10. Mount the work light using the integral through holes for M4 (#8) screws or choose from available bracket options.
