IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using the electrical appliance, the below basic safety precautions should be followed:
- Read all instructions.
- Before using, check and make sure that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the appliance nameplate.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunction or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Avoid contacting moving parts.
- Do not leave foreign objects, such as spoons, forks, knives or the measuring cup, in the jar as this will damage the blades and other components when starting the machine and may cause injury.
- Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- The use of attachment, including jar, jar lid, not recommended or sold by manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
- Never run the appliance empty.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put motor unit or power cord in water or other liquid.
- Keep hands and utensils out of jar while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender.
- If scraping is necessary, turn the power OFF, unplug from the electrical outlet, and use a rubber spatula only.
- Always operate blender with lid in place.
- Never put non-food items into the jar for blending.
- Do not open the lid before the blade stops running completely to avoid hazard.
- Do not put hands or other objects into jar during working.
- Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- This appliance shall not be used by children.Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
- Misuse may cause potential injury.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Save this instruction.

FOR THE INITIAL USE
- Unpack the appliance and place all parts on a horizontal surface.
- Immerse the jar, jar lid and measuring cup in warm soapy water and then rinse them and dry. Never immerse motor unit in water for cleaning to prevent the risk of electric shock.
CAUTION: The blade is very sharp, please handle carefully.
OPERATION
35-SEC
Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged
and the “Speed knob” turns to “OFF” position before operating.

Close the jar lid and measuring cup well in position.The jar lid must be closed well in position, or the appliance can not be activated.

Install the jar onto jar base, make sure that the jar is installed well in position.

Connect the appliance with power source.

Turn the “Speed knob” to “ON” position, and the indicators of four buttons illuminate solidly. And then press “35 SEC.” button, its corresponding indicator lights solidly while the indicators of other three buttons extinguish, then the appliance starts to work.
NOTE: The speed can not be adjusted by the “Speed knob” when the appliance is running under the “35 SEC.” mode.
NOTE: During the working process, if you want to make the appliance stop working, you can press “35 SEC.” button again -
During working, you can remove the measuring cup and then add ingredients into the jar through the center opening of jar cover during operation, and then replace measuring cup.
NOTE: You’d better not remove the jar from the motor unit during working process. If it is necessary to remove the jar, please firstly turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it. -
After finishing, the appliance will stop working automatically.

Unplug the appliance and then remove the jar from the motor unit, carefully remove the jar cover, then pour and serve.
CAUTION: The appliance must be unplugged before removing the jar.
SMOOTHIE

Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged and the “Speed knob” turns to “OFF” position before operating.

Put the ingredients into the jar, make sure the amount of ingredients should not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jar. Follow the recipe as below to operate.
NOTE: Never run the appliance empty. -
Close the jar lid and measuring cup well in position. The jar lid must be closed well in position, or the appliance can not be activated.

Install the jar onto jar base, make sure that the jar is installed well in position.

Connect the appliance with power source.

Turn the “Speed knob” to “ON” position, and the indicators of four buttons illuminate solidly. And then press “SMOOTHIE” button, its corresponding indicator lights solidly while the indicators of other three buttons extinguish, then the appliance starts to work.
NOTE: The speed can not be adjusted by the “Speed knob” when the appliance is running under the “SMOOTHIE” mode.
NOTE: During the working process of making smoothie, if you want to make the appliance stop working, you can press “SMOOTHIE” button again. -
During working, you can remove the measuring cup and then add ingredients into the jar through the center opening of jar cover during operation, and then replace measuring cup.
NOTE: You’d better not remove the jar from the motor unit during working process. If it is necessary to remove the jar, please firstly turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it.
CUATION: Minimum 30-minute rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles. -
After finish making smoothie, the appliance will stop working automatically.

Unplug the appliance and then remove the jar from the motor unit, carefully remove the jar cover, then pour and serve.

ICE CRUSH

Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged and the “Speed knob” turns to “OFF” position before operating.

Prepare some ice cubes with a size of 15mm15mm15mm, then remove the measuring cup and jar lid, after it, put the ice cubes into the jar. Usually certain amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of appliance. The proportion of the ice and water is 2:3. The amount of mixture should not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jar. Follow the recipe as below to operate.

Close the jar lid and measuring cup well in position. The jar lid must be closed well in position, or the appliance can not be activated.

Install the jar onto jar base, make sure that the jar is installed well in position.

Connect the appliance with power source.

Turn the “Speed knob” to “ON” position, and the indicators of four buttons illuminate solidly. And then press “ICE CRUSH” button, its corresponding indicator lights solidly while the indicators of other three buttons extinguish, then the appliance starts to work.
NOTE: The speed can not be adjusted by the “Speed knob” when the appliance is running under the “ICE CRUSH” mode.
NOTE: During the working process of crushing ice, if you want to make the appliance stop working, you can press “ICE CRUSH” button again -
During working, you can remove the measuring cup and then add ingredients into the jar through the center opening of jar cover during operation, and then replace measuring cup.
NOTE: You’d better not remove the jar from the motor unit during working process. If it is necessary to remove the jar, please firstly turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it.
CUATION: Minimum 30-minute rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles. -
After finish crushing ice, the appliance will stop working automatically. If the appliance crushes ice at your selected speed, you can turn the “Speed knob” to “OFF” position to make the appliance stop working when you get your desired processing result.

CAUTION: The appliance must be unplugged before removing the jar.
PULSE
“PULSE” mode is used for processing food at the highest speed. You can
activate the “PULSE” mode as required. Hold and press “PULSE” button to make
the appliance keep processing food. To make the appliance stop working,
release “PULSE” button.
CUATION: Do not operate the appliance for more than 1 minutes per time.
Minimum 30-minute rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles.
STEPLESS SPEED
This appliance is provided with stepless speed control. You can turn the
“Speed knob” to select the speed settings ranged between “MIN” and “MAX” to
make the appliance process food according to your selected speed.
CUATION: When the appliance is operated under your selected speed, do not
operate the appliance for more than 1 minutes per time. Minimum 30-minute rest
time must be maintained between continuous two cycles.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged and the “Speed knob” turns to “OFF” position.
- To clean the blender and blade assembly easily and rapidly in complete safety. Follow the operation of A-D as below to perform cleaning.
- A: After use, reassemble the jar and pour about 400-500ml warm water into it.
- B: Connect the appliance with power source, turn the “Speed knob” to “ON” position and select the desired speed, then the appliance starts running.
- C: After finish cleaning, turn the “Speed knob” to “OFF” position and then the appliance stops working.
- D: Unplug the appliance and then remove the jar from the motor unit, then rinse the jar under running water.
- Wiping the outer surface of motor unit with a damp cloth, do not use abrasive cleansers. Never immerse it in water or other solution for cleaning.
- All parts except the motor unit are dishwasher-safe. You can also wash the parts, except the motor unit, in warm, soapy water.
- Dry all parts and then reassemble them again. But store the appliance with the jar lid not be closed completely to allow air to circulate and prevent jar odors.
- If any problem has been encountered during use, never disassemble the Motor Unit by yourself, there are no user serviceable parts inside. Contact only the authorized service facility for examination and repair.
WARNING:
- The blade is very sharp, handle carefully when clean.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners. Never immerse the Motor Unit in water for cleaning.
WARRANTY
We hereby warranty our Commercial Blender model MCB3 in a period of 1 (one) year (Motor Warranty 2 years).

The warranty cover product defective and workmanship . Users must properly use
and maintain following the instructions manual..
Warranty exceptions
We disclaims all responsibility for incidental or consequential damage caused
by use of this appliance
This warranty will be void if customers.
- lead to a misunderstanding of the purpose of the design, such as using product in a commercial use.
- Use the wrong way or not used as described in the instruction manual.
- no maintenance as recommended in the instruction manual.
Customer right for product warranty
The warranty is effective on the date specified in the warranty card , invoice
or receipt as proof of purchase.
Determination of defective product
The company will inspect the false or defective of the product and decide that
the defective of the product is in warranty or not. The decision is solely the
rights of the company. If the product proved to be defected and covered by
warranty, company will be responsible for parts and labor to repair and
deliver the product to customers’ house. Customers do not have to pay any
fee.If the company considers that it must change its products to customers,
but the same model of product is not available, the company will determine an
appropriate version of the product to be replaced.
Returns of Product
If customer purchases to be dissatisfy. Customer could return the product
within 15 days after purchasing date only if the product is completely perfect
packaging and has not been used before. Customers must present proof of
purchase to return the product at the store of purchase only.
