CARVEN EXHAUST CR1012 Cut and Clamp Muffler Replacement
Overview

installatlon for all of our products. Install products at your own risk.
Allow exhaust system temperatures to cool down, 2·3 hours after vehicle has
been running is recommended. Refer to power tools and equipment manuals for
proper safety Instructions.

Place top of clamp over non perforated section of tube, then slide clamp
down to the slit section. Torque damp bolt to 6SLBS.

Installation
Step 1: OEM Removal
- loosen clamps on OEM muffler and remove behind 3′” cat. Spray lubricant on exhaust hangers & remove spare tire for easier removal
- Stock exhaust can be removed In 1 piece If Jack stands are utilized to gain clearance from chassis to the ground
- Utilizing a car lift guarantees removal in 1 piece otherwise a ?.<IWJP.IJ will be needed for cutting
Step 2: Installation
- Once OEM exhaust is removed move on to extension pipe
- Hang muffler using coupler clamp then adjust to fit snuggly over extension pipe
- Keep wrap around tail pipe until installation is complete
- Hang tailpipe and use coupler clamp to snuggly flt over muffler elbow section
Step 3: Fltment
- After all 3 pieces are installed and fit snuggly, tailpipe with tips can be adjusted then tightened as well
- When in desired placement, tighten all 3 clamps starting at cat ball clamp
