CARVEN EXHAUST CS1002 Exhaust System
Overview
NOTE: Read before install. Carven Exhaust Inc, recommends professional
installation for all of our products. Install products at your own risk.
Allow exhaust system temperatures 10 cool down, 2-3 hours after vehicle has
been running is recommended. Refer to power tools and equipment manuals for
proper safety instructions.
Safety wear is recommended, serious injuries and burns can occur if proper

Clamp Specs: Place top of damp over non perforated section of tube, then slide clamp down to the still section. Torque damp bolt to 6SLBS.

Installation
Step 1:
- Loosen nuts & bolts on the OEM clamps. Spray lubricant on exhaust hanger for easier removal
- Remove spare tire before removing OEM exhaust. OEM can be removed in one piece if car lift is used
Step 2:
- Once OEM is removed, start with flange pipe. Keep OEM gasket and install on flange. Tighten hardware to hold in place
- Next get muffler section into hangers and fastened to flange pipe. Tighten band clamp to hold in place
Step 3:
- Install tail pipe from the rear and use band clamp to slip
- over muffler section. Tighten to hold in place
- Install the exhaust tip into desired position and tighten to hold into place
Step 4:
- When exhaust is in place, go to flange pipe to tighten hardware. Secure first band clamp before rear clamp
- Once all gaps are alleviated, tighten hardware to spec. if any leaks arise, loose clamps and pull from flange pipes towards engine
