CARVEN 2020 2022 Jeep Gladiator Installation Guide
INSTRUCTION
NOTE: Read before install. Carven Exhaust Inc, recommends professional installation for all of our products. Install products at your own risk.
Allow exhaust system temperatures to cool down, 2-3 hours after vehicle has been running is recommended. Refer to power tools and equipment manuals for proper safety instructions.

Clamp Specs: Place top of clamp over non perforated section of tube, then slide clamp down to the slit section. Torque clamp bolt to 65LBS.
Step 1: Remove OEM Exhaust
- Remove spare tire & heat shield
- Loosen OEM Collar Clamp(need to reuse OEM collar clamp, we will not supply this clamp)
- Remove mid pipe hanger mount using 13mm Socket
- Remove over axle Hanger using 13mm Socket Remove Tail Pipe Hanger using 13mm Socket
- Remove oem Exhaust
Step 2: Installing Muffler Section
- Remove oem collar clamp and attach it to front of the
- Carven Exhaust Muffler section
- Attach Mid Pipe Hanger
- Snug until Exhaust Tip is ready for final Fitment
Parts Included :
- 3″ band clamp QTY: 1
- 4″ Signature Ceramic Black Tip
Step 3: Installing Over Axel Pipe Attach Carven Exhaust Over Axle Pipe using 3″ Band clamp Attach Over Axle Exhaust Hanger Snug until Exhaust Tip is ready for Final Fitment
Step 4: Installing 4″ Exhaust Tip Slide in 4″ Ceramic Black Exhaust Tip
Adjust as needed for your liking Tighten all clamps and hangers to Clamp specs
Start vehicle(check for any leaks, if leaks occur recheck fitment and clamps)
