2014 2020 Toyota Tundra
Clamp Specs: Place top of clamp over non perforated section of tube, then
slide clamp down to the slit section. Torque clamp bolt to 6SLBS.
Step 1:
– Loosen clamps and/or bolts on OEM muffler (spray lubricant on exhaust hanger
for easier removal) – Remove OEM exhaust system
Step 2:
-Install the 2 different sized flange pipes with supplied hardware and insert carven muffler section
– install Carven “S” pipe (mo hanger sections) into muffler section and mount
above rear end
NOTE: Read before install. Carven Exhaust Inc, recommends professional
installation for all of our products. Install products at your own risk.
Allow exhaust system temperatures to cool down, 2-3 hours after vehicle has
been running is recommended.
Refer to power tools and equipment manuals for proper safety instructions.
Safety wear is recommended, serious injuries and burns can occur if proper

- 2.50″ band clamp QTY: 2
- 3” band clamp QTY: 2
- 4” signature tip QTY: 1
Step 3:
– Insert the tail pipe section into the “S” pipe and mount hangers in rubber
grommets
– Verify all clamps are in place and make any adjustments throughout Carven
Exhaust system
Step 4:
– After verifying clamps are in place, tighten both clamps & hardware on
“Y” pipe, muffler section, and tail pipe section
– Mount exhaust tip and tighten to spec with other hardware
