CARVEN 2022 Toyota Tundra Cut and Clamp
Overview
NOTE: Read before install. Carven Exhaust Inc,
recommends professional installation for all of our products. Install products
at your own risk.
Allow exhaust system temperatures to cool down, 2·3 hours after vehicle has
been running Is recommended. Refer to power tools and equipment manuals for
proper safety Instructions.
Safety wear Is recommended, serious Injuries and burns can occur If proper

Place top of clamp over non perforated section of tube, then slide clamp down to the slit section. Torque clamp bolt to 6SLBS.

- 3 band clamp QTY: 1
- 3 Flange basket QTY:1
- 3 Bolt on Exhaust Tip QTY:1
Assembly
Step 1:
- Be sure to leave OEM exhaust system bolted and tightened securely before cutting (all proper safety precautions should be taken)
Step 2:
- Using a Sawzall, cut 11/4″ in front of the muffler section towards the front of the truck
- Unbolt at flange NOTE: Place both OEM nuts In a safe location you will be utilizing the nuts to attach the Carven Exhaust Cut & Clamp
- Remove muffler from the three exhaust hangers that are holding It In place
Caution: Exhaust Muffler will be free from this point
Step 3:
- Attach Cut & Clamp to all three exhaust hangers
- Insert cut OEM tube Into the new kit and slide clamp Into place
Use Carven Exhaust flange gasket & bolts with the nuts to install on new system to rear flange section
Step 4:
- Slip over the 5″ Bolt on Exhaust tip
- Make any adjustments to tip/muffler section
- Fasten connections to spec
