GL1800 FORK LIGHTS

GL1800 Fork Lights

Note: Read instructions thoroughly before installing.

1. Place bike on center stand.
2. Take off caliper covers by removing the four screws from the caliper cover. Figure 1.
3. Place template over the edge of the cover as shown in figure 2 and mark pilot holes. Template on reverse side.
4. Drill three pilot holes then gradually enlarge hole to 5/16 inch. This may take several drills. Figure 3.
5. Install lights and wire to accessory switch. (We recommend our part 18187, Economy Accessory Switch Kit.)
6. Reinstall caliper cover.
