Thank you for your recent purchase of this Design Toscano hand-crafted piece of sculptural art. We have taken great care to create this piece especially for you. Please review these instructions and assemble this piece with care.

Step 1
Insert the required bulb. The bulb must comply with the wattage label marked. The bulb is not provided (Max 40W, E26). -
Step 2
Place the shade (B) into the base (C). -
Step 3
Tighten the 3 screws (D) into the shade (B). -
Step 4
Screw the finial (A) onto the rod of cap (B). -
Step5
Plug lamp in, turn on/off switch on cord and enjoy the beauty.
Notes: Shade colors will appear darker and less vibrant when not illuminated. This stained glass product has been protected with mineral oil as part of the finishing process. Please use a soft cloth to remove any excess oil.
Important Safety Instruction
This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electic shock. This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit into the outlet, reverse the plug. If the plug still does not fit, consult a qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug
