Product Information
The combined gas fired condensing boiler & water heater is a versatile unit that provides both heating and hot water from a single device. It features a stainless steel heat exchanger and tank, which are corrosion-resistant and reduce maintenance requirements. This product is designed for high-demand and critical hot water premises such as hotels and hospitals. The unit operates in the most efficient mode (condensing) for both heating and hot water, saving space, reducing energy use, and speeding up installation. It is equipped with easy-to-use standardized controls using the ACV Max control system. The unit can be combined with Evo S condensing boilers or Smart cylinders for highly efficient heating and hot water performance, all from one manufacturer. It is suitable for vented or unvented systems, and an optional Systempak 3 unvented kit is required for installation. The unit is supplied with an LPG kit for simple on-site conversion and a factory-fitted T&P relief valve. Improved access for service and maintenance is provided, and the unit comes with a 5-year warranty.
Product Usage Instructions
- Installation: Follow the installation instructions provided in the user manual. Ensure that the clearances specified are maintained during installation.
- Venting: Determine whether the system will be vented or unvented. For unvented systems, use the optional Systempak 3 unvented kit, which includes a 25L expansion vessel, tundish, pressure control valve, combined pressure reducing valve, and mounting bracket.
- Gas Conversion: If required, use the supplied LPG kit for on-site conversion of the unit to LPG gas.
- Controls: Familiarize yourself with the ACV Max control system for easy operation of the unit.
- Heating and Hot Water: The unit provides both heating and hot water. Adjust the settings as per your requirements using the standardized controls.
- Maintenance: The unit requires low maintenance and does not require anode protection. However, regular servicing and maintenance are recommended for optimal performance. Refer to the user manual for detailed maintenance instructions.
