The 360 Series is a product line from Rigid Industries. The package includes:
- (2) Rigid 360 Lights (available in 4 or 6 inch sizes)
- Mounting hardware

Installation Instructions
Before proceeding with the installation, please read and follow these instructions carefully. While the installation process is designed to be simple, we recommend professional installation for the best results.
- Always disconnect any power sources connected to your vehicle before servicing fuses or electrical systems.
- Wiring Leads:
- Red Wire: Projecting Trigger
- Black Wire: Ground
- White Wire: Back-Lighting Trigger
4 360-Series Assembly Diagram
Follow the steps below:
- Place an M8x25mm Carriage Bolt through the bracket (A).
- Place an M8 Flat Washer (B) on the carriage bolt.
- Place an M8 Lock Washer (C) on the carriage bolt.
- Tighten the light to the bracket using an M8 Nut (D).
- Place an M6 Ny Lock Nut (E) in the Heatsink.
- Slide the Mounting Bushing (F) into the Heatsink.
- Tighten the Mount Bushing to the Heatsink using a 6-32x.375 Socket Head (G).
- Place an M6 Flat Washer (H) on item I before installation.
- Tighten the bracket to the light using an M6x22mm Socket Head (I) with a torque of 32in-lbs.

Follow the steps below:
- Place an M8x25mm Carriage Bolt (A) through the bracket.
- Place an M8 Flat Washer (B) on the carriage bolt.
- Place an M8 Lock Washer (C) on the carriage bolt.
- Tighten the light to the bracket using an M8 Nut (D).
- Place an M6 Ny Lock Nut (E) in the Heatsink.
- Place an M4 Ny Lock Nut (F) into the mounting bushing.
- Slide the Mounting Bushing (G) into the Heatsink.
- Place an M6 Flat Washer (H) on J prior to installation.
- Place an M4 Flat Washer (K) on K prior to installation.
- Tighten the bracket to the light using an M6x22mm Socket Head (J) with a torque of 32in-lbs.
- Tighten the bracket to the light using an M4x22mm Socket Head (K) with a torque of 9in-lbs.
Wiring: Wire your lights according to the instructions included with the light. Be careful to avoid any heat sources and sharp or abrasive surfaces.
