Product Usage Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Long press the Power Button to turn the device on or off.
2. Clock Mode: Short press the Power Button to enter or exit Clock Mode.
3. Volume Control: Short or long-press the Volume Up/Down Button to increase or decrease the volume respectively.
4. Time Setting: Short press the Mode Button (Time setting Button) to switch between C / F format for temperature display. Long press the Mode Button to adjust the time.
5. Alarm Setting: Short press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 Button to set the corresponding alarm. Use the Next Button to adjust the hour time and press the Confirm button (} ~) to confirm. Repeat the steps to adjust the minutes. Long press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 Button to enable or disable the corresponding alarm.
6. Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause Button to play or pause audio in Bluetooth mode or TF Card mode. It can also be used to answer or end a call in Bluetooth mode, mute audio in FM Radio/Aux-In mode, and confirm selections in Clock Mode.
7. Snooze Function: Short press the Snooze Button to activate a 5-minute snooze when the alarm is buzzing. It can also be used to dim the screen or turn on/off the night light when long-pressed.
8. Pairing and Hands-free Calling: Use the Pairing mode to connect the device with your Bluetooth-enabled mobile device. Answer incoming calls by pressing the } ~button and decline calls by holding the } ~button. To end a call, press the } ~button during a call.

• Never use any detergents to clean any part of the unit.

Notice to User

• Please make sure to use a fast-charging plug to power the device.
• This device can only wireless charge mobile phones that have standard wireless charging function.
• Wearing a metal phone case or a plastic phone case that is too thick will block the wireless charging transmission. Please remove the phone case when wireless charging your mobile phone.
• When using FM radio mode please plug in the provided AUX cable to the AUX Jack on the device. The cable acts as an external antenna for radio reception. You can adjust the position of the cable to maximize the radio reception.
• There may be signal interference and an increase in noise in FM radio mode when wireless charge function is being used at the same time.
• For safely reasons he device ‘s wireless charging function may temporarily stop when overheating is detected during the wireless charging process. To restart charging, allow the device to cool down and restart the device by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connection. Make sure your smartphone is centered with the wireless charging area on the device
• Wireless charge function requires power connection to a fast charge charging plug.

Overview

Button Functions

1. Power Button:

   • Long press: Power On/Off
   • Short press: Enter/Quit Clock Mode when the device is powered on

2. Volume Up Button:
   Short / Long press: Increase volume /Adjust the time

3. Mode Button(Time setting Button):

   • Short press: Switch Mode
   • Short press: Time Set (Clock Mode)
   • Long press: Adjust Bass
   • Press the【  】or【 】button to adjust the hours then press the【 ****】 button to confirm. Repeat the above steps for minutes

4. Previous Button:
   Short press: Previous

5. Play/Pause Button：

   • Short press: Play/Pause (BT mode, TF Card mode) Answer/End a call (BT mode) Mute (FM Radio/Aux-In mode) Confirm (Clock Mode) Alarm Dismiss (Alarm buzzing)
   • Long press: Reject an incoming call (BT mode)
   • Long press for 4 seconds: Disconnect devices (BT mode)

6. Next Button:

   • Short press: Next
   • Long press: Switch between C / F Format

7. Alarm 1 & Alarm 2 Button:

   • Short press the【 】or【 】button to set the corresponding alarm. Press the 【 】or【 】button to adjust the hour time then press the【 ****】to confirm.
   • Repeat the above steps to adjust the minute time. Then press the [ ] or [ ] button to select the alarm ringtones and press the【 ****】button to confirm.
   • Lastly, adjust the alarm volume by using the 【 】or【 】button and press the 【 ****】button to confirm.
   • Long press the【 】or【 】button to enable or disable the corresponding alarm.

8. Volume Down Button:
   Short / Long press: Reduce volume / Adjust the time

9. Snooze Button:

   • Short press: 5 mins snooze (Alarm buzzing)
   • Short press: Screen dimmer
   • Long press: Night light On/Off

Operation

Charging the device (Please charge this device prior to first use)
This device has a built-in rechargeable battery. To charge the device, use the provided USB Type-C cable, connect the Type-C connector to the Type-C input on the device and the Standard USB-A Connector to a fast charging plug (9v/2A charging plug Included)*. The LED charging indicator lights up when charging and goes off when charging is complete.
Note: Wireless charge function requires power connection to the charging plug.

Power On/Off
Long Press the [ ] button to power on the device. Short press the [ ] button to switch between BT/FM/AUX/Soothing Sound/TF CARD modes. Short press the [ ] button to enter Clock Mode (Standby Mode). Short press the [ ****] button in Clock Mode to turn the device fully on again.

Wireless Charge
Connection to a fast charging plug is required to power the wireless charging function. To wireless charge your phone, place the phone on the wireless charging area of the device with the display facing up. If charging is unstable, adjust the position of the phone to make sure that the phone centers with the charging area and touches the non-slip rubber pad. The wireless charge indicator lights up when charging.

1. Tip 1: Some mobile phone cases may affect or block wireless charging output. Remove them if necessary.
2. Tip 2: The wireless charge led indicator blinks if metals are detected indicating there is an abnormal situation. Remove any metals on the device immediately to prevent overheating.
3. Tip 3: Please use a QC 3.0/PD quick charge adapter with voltage 9V and current 2A or above.

Bluetooth Pairing (BT Mode)
Use the [ ] button to switch to Pairing mode. A blue dot on the display will appear. The word “bLUE” will blink on the display indicating that it is ready to pair a mobile device. On your Bluetooth device, find and select “WD-500” under your bluetooth device listing to pair. A successful connection via bluetooth will be followed by an audible notification.

Handsfree Speakerphone
The hands-free speakerphone function is enabled when the device is paired with your mobile device. Press the [ ] button to answer an incoming call. To decline a call without answering, press and hold the [ ] button during an incoming call. To end a call, press the [ ****] button during a call. For the best conversation experience, make sure the WD-500 unit is placed near (within 40cm) the user.

TF Card Mode
Prepare a blank TF card (32GB or less) and save the songs (MP3 / WAV recommended) into the card. Then insert the card into the TF slot of the device. The device will automatically play the music in the card. Press the [ ]or [ ] button to switch the songs in the TF card. Press the [ **] to play/pause the music.
Note:** Too many files or folders stored in the TF card may prevent the device from reading the songs in the card.

Auxiliary Connection (Aux-In Mode)
Use the provided AUX cable, and connect one end to the AUX Out jack of the audio source device and the other end to the AUX In jack on the WD-500 device. Press the [ ] button to switch AUX mode. Short press [ ****] to mute, Short press again to unmute.

FM Radio
Press the [ ] button repeatedly to enter FM radio mode. Long press [ ] button to initial the automatic channel search. Searched channels will be saved automatically. Press the [ ] or [ ] button to switch channels. Short press the [ ] button to mute the speaker when listening to the radio and short press the button again to unmute.

1. Note 1: When using FM Radio mode, please plug in the provided AUX cable to the AUX Jack on the device. The cable acts as an external antenna for radio reception. You can adjust the position of the cable for better radio reception.
2. Note 2: Please note that the FM signal will weaken in indoor or closed environments.
3. Note 3: Noise or signal interference may occur in the FM radio mode when the wireless charging function is used at the same time.

Adjust Bass Level
When listening to music or radio, Long press the [ ] button to adjust bass level. Press the [ ] or [ ] button to increase/decrease bass level. You can reduce the bass if the music is distorted or enhance the bass if the bass of the music is too weak.

Clock Setting

This device can automatically synchronize the time for some mobile phone models after it is connected with the phone through bluetooth. It requires your phone to support this function in order to synchronize the time. If the time on the device is not updated after it is connected to the phone through bluetooth, then you may need to set the time manually through the following procedures: In clock mode short press the [ ] button to set the time. Press the [ ] or [ ] button to set the hour time then press the [ **] to confirm. Press the [ ] or [ **] button again to set minute time and press the [ **] to confirm.
Note:** Time synchronization requires your phone to support this feature.

Setting Alarm 1
In clock mode, short press the [ ] button to set the alarm time. Press the [ ] or [ ] button to set the hour time and press the [ ] button to confirm. Again, use the [ ] & [ ] button to set the minute time and press the [ ] button to confirm. Then use the[ ] & [ ] button to select your desired alarm ringtone and press the [ ] button to confirm. Lastly, use the [ ] & [ ] button to adjust the volume of the ringtone and press the [ ] button to confirm. To disable Alarm 1, long press the [ ] button until the alarm icon on the display disappears. Long press again to enable the alarm.

Setting Alarm 2
In clock mode, short press the [ **] button to set the alarm time. Press the [ ] or [ **] button to set the hour time and press the [ ] button to confirm. Again, use the [ ] & [ ] button to set the minute time and press the [ ] button to confirm. Then use the [ ] & [ ] button to select your desired alarm ringtone and press the [ ] button to confirm. Lastly, use the [ ] & [ ] button to adjust the volume of the ringtone and press the [ ] button to confirm. To disable Alarm 2, long press the [ ****] button until the alarm icon on the display disappears. Long press again to enable the alarm.

Snooze & Alarm Dimiss
When the alarm is buzzing, short press the【 Snooze 】button to snooze for 5 minutes. The alarm will buzz again after 5 minutes. To dismiss the alarm, press any buttons except the【 】and【Snooze 】button when the alarm is buzzing. This will dismiss the alarm for the current day and the alarm will still buzz again the next day. To fully disable the alarm. long press the alarm button until the corresponding alarm icon on the display disappeared.

Additional functions for the Snooze button

• Display Dimmer: Press the [Snooze] button to change the brightness of the display. There are three brightness level to choose.
• Nightlight: Press and hold the [Snooze] button to turn on/off the nightlight.

Celsius/Fahrenheit Format
Long press the [ ****] button in clock mode to switch the temperature display between Celsius or Fahrenheit format.

Low Battery
There will be repetitive audible notifications when the battery level of the device is low. Please charge the device immediately when the battery level is low.

Soothing Sound/ White Noise Mode
Press the I M I button to switch to Soothing mode. There are a total of 12 soothing sounds for you to choose from playing. Press the [ ] or [ ] button to select soothing sounds. Press the [ ****] button to play/pause the soothing sound. Soothing sound/music will automatically.

System Reset
Long press the [ ****]button for 10 seconds until the device reboot.
