Safety precautions
- Read and understand all manual instructions before operating the equipment.
- Ensure laser processing objects and emissions comply with local laws and regulations.
- Consider the suitability of the object for laser processing due to high risks involved.
- Prohibited to disassemble the internal laser equipment, as it contains high voltage and other dangers.
- Always have someone guard the equipment when it is turned on and prohibit unauthorized leaving.
- Do not open any doors while the equipment is in operation.
- Safely and effectively ground the equipment and other connected devices before starting operation.
- Avoid placing any unrelated total reflection or diffuse reflection objects in the device to prevent laser reflection on the human body or flammable objects.
- Constantly observe the equipment’s operation during use and cut off all power supplies if any abnormal situation occurs.
- Operate the equipment in a dry, pollution-free, vibration-free, and strong electromagnetic interference environment with a working temperature of 5-40 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 5-95% (non-condensing water environment).
- Avoid proximity to electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent electromagnetic interference.
- Confirm the working voltage of the equipment (AC220V AC110V) before use.
Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Inspection and familiarization
Open the package and visually inspect the product to ensure it is in good
condition. Familiarize yourself with various function switches.
- Laser working indicator
- Equipment operation panel
- Equipment power control switch
- Water cooling system control panel
- Water injection port
- Water level display
- Ground terminal
- Smoke outlet
- Water outlet
Step 2: Water Injection
- Open the water injection port.
- Add pure water to the cooling system.
- Observe the water level during the water injection process.
Note: Check the water level in the water tank. During the first startup of the new chiller, there may be a slight water level decline due to emptying the air in the water pipe. To maintain the water level in the green area, it is allowed to add adequate water again. Observe and record the current water level and inspect it again after the chiller has been running for a period of time. If the water level drops significantly, re-inspect for water pipeline leakage.

- This is the original instruction,Please read all manual instructions carefully before operating.
- VEVOR reserves clear interpretation of our user manual. The appearance of the product shall be subject to the product you received. Please forgive us that we won’t inform you again if there is any technology or software updates on our product.
OPERATION MANUAL
Before operating the equipment, the user must carefully read the operation manual of this specification and strictly abide by the rules. This manual is applicable to multiple models of products.
- This equipment uses international standard four types of laser (strong laser radiation). Laser radiation may cause the following events: ①Ignite surrounding combustibles; ②During the laser processing process, due to different processed objects, other radiation and other toxic and harmful effects may be generated Gas; ③Direct laser radiation may cause personal injury. Therefore, the equipment must be equipped with fire-fighting equipment It is strictly forbidden to stack flammable and explosive materials on the workbench and around the equipment. At the same time, ensure good ventilation. Non-professional operators are not allowed to approach the equipment.
- Laser processing objects and emissions should comply with local laws and regulations.
- Laser processing may have high risks, so you should carefully consider whether the object is suitable for laser processing.
- The internal laser equipment has high voltage and other dangers, except for equipment operators, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble.
- When the equipment is turned on, someone must be guarded, unauthorized leaving is prohibited, and all power must be cut off before personnel leave.
- it is forbidden to open any doors when the equipment is working.
- Before starting operation, this equipment and other equipment must be safely and effectively grounded.
- Do not place any unrelated total reflection or diffuse reflection objects in the device to prevent the laser from being reflected on the human body or flammable objects.
- During the operation of the equipment, the operator must always observe the operation of the equipment. If an abnormal situation occurs, please immediately cut off all power supplies and actively take corresponding measures.
- The equipment should be in a dry, pollution-free, vibration-free, and strong electromagnetic interference environment, with a working temperature of 5-40 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 5-95% (non-condensing water environment).
- The equipment should always be far away from electrical equipment sensitive to electro-magnetic interference, otherwise it may cause electromagnetic interference.
- The working voltage of the equipment is: AC220V AC110V (Please confirm the working voltage of the equipment before use)
- The most important carbon dioxide glass laser in the equipment is a consumable and a vulnerable item. Please take care of it during use. The carbon dioxide glass laser needs pure cold water to cool down. Please pay attention to the water temperature not to exceed 30 degrees Celsius during use, otherwise the laser will be damaged. When the surrounding temperature is about to drop below 0 degrees Celsius, please replace it with an antifreeze liquid to avoid damage to the carbon dioxide glass laser.
It is forbidden to turn on the equipment when the grid voltage is unstable or mismatched, and the manufacturer and seller are not liable fbr any loss caused by incorrect use or non-compliance with the above regulations.
Installation Instructions
- Step 1 : Please open the package to confirm the appearance of the product is in good condition, and be familiar with various function switches.
- Laser working indicator
- Equipment operation panel
- Equipment power control switch
- Water cooling system control panel
- Water injection port
- Water level display
- Ground terminal
- Smoke outlet
- Water outlet
- Step 2 : Please open the water injection port and add pure water to the cooling system. Please observe the water level during the water injection process.
Check the water
level in the water tank.
The first startup of the new chiller empties the air in the water pipe,
leading a slight water level decline, but in order to keep the water level in
the green area, it’ s allowed to add adequate water again. Please observe and
record the current water level, and inspect it again after the chiller running
for a period of time, i f the water level drops obviously. Please reinspect
the water pipeline leakage.
-
Step 3: Please take out the smoke pipe, one end of the smoke pipe is connected to the exhaust port of the equipment, and the other end is connected to the outdoor.
Note: Please fix the connection with a pipe clamp to prevent it from falling off.- The above picture is the smoke purification filter, please clean or replace it in time according to the actual working conditions.
-
Step 4: Please take out the power cord to power on the product, Open various switches to check the normal operation of the product without failure.
- it is forbidden to turn on the equipment when the grid voltage is unstable or does not match.
-
Step 5: Please turn on the cooling system switch, the water temperature display unit is Celsius.
- Please note that the water temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius during use, otherwise the laser may be damaged. When the ambient tempera-ture is about to drop below 0 degrees Celsius, please replace it with antifreeze liquid to avoid damage to the carbon dioxide glass laser.
-
Step 6: Please prepare the computer (Windows system),Refer to the “Software Installation Video” in the CD/USB to install the software, After the software installation is complete, please take out the USB cable and connect one end to the power supply. Brain USB port ② ,one end is connected to the device USB input port ①
