The Single Hole Floor Mount Tub Filler Trim is a stylish and functional accessory for your bathtub. It is available in different styles, depending on the model you choose. Product Usage Instructions

Caution

Before removing the existing faucet or disassembling the valve, always turn off the water supply. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure and ensure complete water shut-off.

Installation

Step 1: Mounting the Trim Cover

Slide the base Trim Cover (D) onto the leg of Tub Filler Assembly (C).
Tighten the base Mounting Plate (E) to the faucet using the 4 screws and washers. Make sure the flat side of the plate is facing downwards.

Step 2: Sealing the Trim Cover on the Finished Floor

Apply a silicone bead around the base and behind the Trim Cover (D) on the finished floor to ensure a proper seal.
Slide the Trim Cover (D) over the Mounting Plate (E).

Step 3: Connecting the Hand Shower Wand and Hose

Install the Hand Shower Wand (A) onto the Hose (B).
Connect the other end of the Hose (B) to the Tub Filler Assembly (C). Ensure the connections are tight.
Note: Make sure the washers are nested in place within the Hose (B) before connecting.

Step 4: Removing and Reinstalling the Stream Straightener

Remove the Stream Straightener (F) from the spout.
To reinstall, place the Stream Straightener (F) back onto the spout.

ASSEMBLY

CAUTION — TIPS FOR REMOVAL OF OLD FAUCET:
Always turn water supply OFF before removing existing faucet or disassembling the valve. Open faucet handle to relieve water pressure and ensure that complete water shut-off has been accomplished.

Slide the base Trim Cover (D) onto the leg of Tub Filler Assembly (C). Tighten the base Mounting Plate (E) to faucet with the 4 screws and washers.
NOTE: Flat side of plate must be facing downwards.
After the finished floor is in place, shut off the water supply. Remove plugs and grub screws with hex wrench.
Apply lubricant to O-rings of Tub Filler Assembly (C). Install faucet by easing onto mounting block.
NOTE: 4 spare O-rings are in kit.
Tighten mounting plate with 4 supplied locking screws with hex wrench. Turn on the water supply and perform a pressure test.
Apply a silicone bead around the base and behind the Trim Cover (D) on finished floor for proper seal.
Slide Trim Cover (D) over Mounting Plate (E).
Install Hand Shower Wand (A) to Hose B. Install other end of Hose (B) to Tub Filler Assembly (C) as shown. Ensure connections are tight.
NOTE: Ensure washers are nested in place within the Hose (B) prior to connection.
