Product Usage Instructions

Get Organized:

Before starting the installation, familiarize yourself with the fitting instructions and check that you have received all the components mentioned on page 2 of the manual.

Fit and Secure:

Tent Channel Orientation:

Depending on the orientation of the tent opening, you may need to rotate the tent channels.

Assembly

Assemble the Catch Plate, Male Bobbin, and Female Bobbin to the tent using the provided M8 x 35 Hex Bolt, M8 x 20 Hex Bolt, and M8 Nyloc Nuts. Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Positioning Latch Plates:

Choose where you want to position the tent on the rack, taking into account its length and width. Fit the Latch Plates loosely to the rack using the M8 x 20 Hex Bolts and M8 Nyloc Nuts. Ensure that the closed side of the Mount Brackets faces toward the front of the rack and that they are parallel to the side of the rack.

Bracket Fitting: Measure the distance between the center points of the Latch Plates. If possible, fit the brackets to combined slats. If not possible, stagger the brackets. For larger and heavier tents, additional mounting brackets may be required.

Mounting Brackets: If needed, install additional mounting brackets for larger and heavier tents.

Tightening: Measure the distance between the centers of the channel feet and ensure it matches the position of the Rack Mount Brackets installed in Step 2.3. Once confirmed, fully tighten the Catch Bracket assembly to the tent channel.

Note: Do not over-tighten any bolts or the Bobbin Bolt. Refer to the provided tightening torque specifications for proper tightening.
