Product Information
The Panel Heater PC401W is a compact and efficient heating solution for well- insulated spaces or occasional use. It operates on a voltage of ~230V with a frequency of 50Hz and consumes a power of 2000W. The dimensions of the heater are 85.0cm in length, 8.0cm in width, and 43cm in height. It has a net weight of 5.8kg and a gross weight of 8kg. The structure of the heater consists of a back panel, control panel, knob control temperature, waterproof switch, front panel, and wheels for easy mobility.
Product Usage Instructions
Before using the Panel Heater PC401W, please follow these instructions:
- Place the heater on a smooth solid plate or grounded surface.
- Insert the socket into a suitable outlet with the required specifications: AC220-240V, 50Hz, 10A with grounding.
- If using the wheels for mobility, install them by following Figure G(1) for wheel installation.
- If not using the wheels, fix the hook and bracket as shown in Figure G(2) (no need to install wheels).
Important Safety Information:
- Obey common safety guidelines when using electrical products, especially in the presence of children.
- To avoid electric shock or heat damage, always unplug the heater before moving or cleaning it.
- Avoid covering the heater to prevent overheating.
- Some parts of the heater can become very hot and cause burns. Keep children and vulnerable people away from these areas.
- Do not place the heater immediately below a socket outlet.
- Do not use the heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower, or swimming pool.
- Avoid supplying the heater through an external switching device or a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility to prevent inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout.
Correct Disposal: This product should not be disposed of with other household wastes. To promote sustainable reuse of material resources and prevent harm to the environment or human health, recycle it responsibly. You can return your used device through designated return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased for safe recycling.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
You must obey common safety guidelines when using electrical products, especially in the presence of children.
- WARNING! To avoid electric shock or damage due to the heat, always make sure the plug is pulled out before the heater is moved or cleaned.
- WARNING! In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater ”Do not cover”.
- CAUTION! Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
- CAUTION! Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. Regarding the instructions of the method on how to fix the feet to the heater, thanks to refer to the section “ASSEMBLY”.
- CAUTION! In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
- The product is intended for home use only.
- Make sure the heater is connected to the house’s regular mains (230 V), as it indicated on the heater.
- New heaters will produce a specific odor when used the first time. This will stop after a short time and is completely harmless.
- Check for any pieces of packing foam or cardboard that may have fallen into the heating elements of the heater. These pieces must be removed in order to avoid unpleasant odors.
- Always turn off the heater and unplug it when not used for a long time.
- Pay special attention if the heater is used in rooms where children, the handicapped, or the elderly reside.
- The heater should not be set up directly beneath an electrical socket outlet.
- The cord must not be laid under any kind of carpet. Make sure the cord is laid in such a way that nobody can trip on it.
- The heater must not be used if either the cord or plug is damaged. The heater must not be used if it has been dropped on the floor or is damaged in any other way causing it to malfunction.
- The cord must be repaired by the manufacturer or by an expert if it has been damaged, to avoid dangerous situations.
- Avoid using extension cords, which may overheat and could possibly start a fire.
- Never cover the air vents on the heater. Avoid potential fire hazards by making sure the air intakes are not blocked or covered. The heater should be used in rooms with normal flat floors.
- The heater should not be installed in close proximity to flammable materials of any kind because there can always be a risk of fire.
- The heater must never be used in rooms where gasoline, paint or other flammable liquids are stored, such as in a garage.
- Never touch an electric heater with wet hands. The heater should be installed so a person showering or taking a bath cannot come into direct contact with it.
- The heater becomes hot when it is on. Therefore, be careful and avoid burning or scorching your skin.
- The heater must be switched off, the plug removed and the heater must cool down before it is moved.
- Avoid overloading the mains (the circuit) where the heater is connected. The heater may overload the electrical circuit if other electrical devices are plugged into the same socket outlet.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved
- Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by unsupervised children.
- Children under the age of 3 should be kept away from the device unless they are under constant supervision.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate, and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTION
ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTION AND USING AREA
- Before use:
- A. The heater should be placed on a smooth solid plate or grounded, then insert the socket.
- ( Warning: Requires outlet and cable: AC220-240V, 50Hz, 10A with grounding – cable required.
- B. Do not insert the cable before installing the wheels Install the wheel as shown in Figure G (1) Fix the hook and bracket as shown in Figure G(2) (no need to install wheels)
- Requirement of using area for wall-hanging type:
- The heater should be more than 200mm higher based on the floor and should consider the space around carefully, the distance between the heater and the object should be more than 200mm at the side, 500mm at the front, and 500mm at the top, also the distance between the heater and the wall at side less than 200mm is forbidden,between the ceiling less than 500mm is forbidden.
- So then the air around can convect effectively, and heat up evidently.
- Pay more attention on the distance between the heater and objects, and it’s forbidden to install the heater under the socket. The heater has an IPX4 IP rating, all technology is submitted to safety standards and can be installed in any room, also in the bathroom.
- If the heater in the bathroom, we suggest installing the heater in a place where can’t be touched.
- Fix the bracket and install the heater:
- It should be level between the bracket axes and heater axes, drill two sholes with a diameter of 6mm on the wall, the distance should accord to the two holes on the bracket, and fix the bracket with a plastic screw. (Try your best to keep it level)
- (Mark a sign around 305mm under the middle of the bracket, and drill a hole in the wall, then fix the bracket with the plastic screw, and make sure the heater doesn’t touch the wall directly.)
- If don’t use the heater, turn off the power switch, and if use the heater, turn on the power switch, and the corresponding indicate light; Turn the knob to control the temperature in a clockwise way, and the temperature rises up, and if in an anticlockwise way, the temperature goes down.
- If turn off the heater, please use the power switch. Make sure that the temperature control couldn’t be regarded as the main switch.
- The heater have automatic temperature control, and if used at an un-usual temperature, the heater will cut off the power automatically, and if the temperature drops down, the heater will work again.
- Temperature adjustment:
- Once using, please turn the temperature control knob to the max. position clockwise, then the room temperature will rise gradually.
- Once the room temperature reached as you wished, please turn the temperature control knob anticlockwise, till your head slightly ticktack once. And this moment the heater stopped working, the indicate light off.
- The heater can keep on working till the room temperature reaches the temperature set advanced. And if the room temperature drops down, then it works again. (It can work in cycles and keep the comfortable room temperature)
