Product Information
The PANEL HEATER PC502WDW is a powerful and efficient heater designed for well-insulated spaces or occasional use. It features a control panel with an electronic thermostat, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature and set timers. The heater is equipped with safety features to prevent electric shock, overheating, and burns.

Assembly Instructions:
- Ensure that there is a minimum distance of 30cm between the heater and the floor or wall.
- Use the provided drill dimension paper to drill two holes on the wall at the top and insert the expansion screws.
- The hook racks are pre-assembled on the back of the heater. Hang the top two hook racks on the screws.
- Mark the position of the bottom hook racks on the wall, remove the heater, drill two holes at the marked positions, and insert the expansion screw’s plastic covers.
- Hang the heater on the wall and insert the expansion screwsinto the bottom two holes.
Operation:
- Ensure that the heater is properly installed on a wall or stand before turning it on.
- To turn on the heater, plug it in and wait for the BI voice signal. The heater will enter standby mode and display the “OF” icon.
- Press the power button to turn on the heater. The display will show the current room temperature.
- To set the timer, press the timer function button. Use the control button (+) to increase the timer duration.
- The control panel also features an open window function, WIFI connection/delete button, and various indicator lights for heating, open window function, timer, and WIFI status.
Safety Precautions:
- Always read the instructions carefully before using the heater and keep the manual for future reference.
- Obey common safety guidelines, especially when using electrical products around children.
- Always unplug the heater before moving or cleaning it to avoid electric shock or damage.
- Do not cover the heater to prevent overheating.
- Some parts of the heater can become very hot, so exercise caution when children or vulnerable individuals are present. Avoid placing the heater directly below a socket outlet.
- Avoid using the heater near baths, showers, or swimming pools.
- Do not supply the heater through an external switching device or a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility to prevent inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout.

In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

Make sure the heater is connected to the house’s regular mains (230 V), as it indicated on the heater.

New heaters will produce a specific odor when used the first time. This will stop after a short time and is completely harmless.

Check for any pieces of packing foam or cardboard that may have fallen into the heating elements of the heater. These pieces must be removed in order to avoid unpleasant odors.

Always turn off the heater and unplug it when not used for a long time.

Pay special attention if the heater is used in rooms where children, the handicapped or elderly reside.

The heater should not be set up directly beneath an electrical socket outlet.

The cord must not be laid under any kind of carpet. Make sure the cord is laid in such a way that nobody can trip on it.

The heater must not be used if either the cord or plug is damaged. The heater must not be used if it has been dropped on the floor or is damaged in any other way causing it to malfunction.

The cord must be repaired by the manufacturer or by an expert if it has been damaged, to avoid dangerous situations.

Avoid using extension cords, which may overheat and could possibly start a fire.

Never cover the air vents on the heater. Avoid potential fire hazards by making sure the air intakes are not blocked or covered. The heater should be used in rooms with normal flat floors.

The heater should not be installed in close proximity to
flammable materials of any kind because there can always
be a risk of fire. -
The heater must never be used in rooms where gasoline,
paint or other flammable liquids are stored, such as in a
garage. -
Never touch an electric heater with wet hands. The heater
should be installed so a person showering or taking a bath
cannot come into direct contact with it. -
The heater becomes hot when it is on. Therefore, be careful
and avoid burning or scorching your skin. -
The heater must be switched off, the plug removed and the heater must cool down before it is moved.

Avoid overloading the mains (the circuit) where the heater is connected. The heater may overload the electrical circuit if other electrical devices are plugged into the same socket outlet.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved

Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by unsupervised children.

Children under the age of 3 should be kept away from the device, unless they are under constant supervision.

ASSEMBLY
- Be sure to keep the distance between the heater and floor, wall and so on at least 30cm as picture (1).
- Use drill dimension paper to drill top two holes(Φ8) on the wall and put the expansion screws in the holes as picture (2).
- The hook racks are pre-assembled on the back of the heater, hang the top two hook racks on the screws as picture (3). Mark the two bottom hook racks’ position on the wall and take away the heater, then drill bottom two holes (Φ8) on the wall and put expansion screw’s plastic cover in the holes as picture (3).
- Hang the heater on the wall and put the expansion screws in the bottom two holes as picture (4).
For Stand
- Fit the foot onto the bottom of the body.
- Fasten the foot with 4 screws
ELECTRONIC THERMOSTAT – INSTRUCTIONS
Control panel for electronic thermostat:
- Open window function button
- Display (shows the desired room temperature by default)
- Power button
- Control button (+) (increase temperature/Increase timer)
- Heating indicator light
- Open window function indicator light
- Timer function button
- WIFI connection/delete button
- Control button (–) (reduce temperature/Decrease timer)
- Timer indicator light
- WIFI indictor light
CAUTION!
Before the heater is turned on, it must be attached to a wall or stand. If the
heater is not installed correctly or is installed askew, this may cause the
heater tomalfunction or in the worst case, be damaged.
If the temperature sensor is not functioning properly, you will see the symbol
below on the display. Please contact the dealer or importer
OPERATION3
Turn on:
Plug in the heater. After “BI” voice, the heater enter into standby mode and
show OF icon on display. Press button to turn on the heater, and display show
room temperature.
- A. Temperature setting range is 5~35ºC.
- B. Default temperature setting is 22ºC.
- C. Press or button to set temperature, icon flash, the temperature will increase or decrease by 1ºC after each pressing and save in 3 seconds if no action. The display will show room temperature after setting.
- D. If room temperature is 1ºC higher than setting temperature, it will stop heating; if room temperature is 2ºC lower than setting temperature, it will start heating
Timer
A. Under turn on mode, press button to enter into 24 hours turn off timer
setting, and icon flash, then press or button to set timer, the timer will
increase or decrease by 1 hour after each pressing and save in 3 seconds if no
action and timer indicator light shows on display. Timer setting range is 0~24
hours.
Open window function
The heater has open window function. Pres button to enter the setting, and Pre
or button to turn on or turn off the function. When screen show “OF”, The
function turns off. When screen shows ON, The function turns on.
If you open a window widely in the space where the heater is located and the
temperature drop 2ºC or more than 2ºC in two minutes, a sensor will detect the
sharp drop in temperature. The heater will switch out automatically and “FO”
flash in display.
The heater will be reignited automatically after 10 minutes. However you can manually relight the radiator before the 10 minutes end by pressing . The icon “FO” disappears and show previous operation mode. Default setting of open window function is closed.
WIFI operation
A. WIFI Connection
Turn on the heater and Press the WIFI button , the WIFI indicator will flash
immediately, Use Tesla Smart Things app to connect the WIFI step by step.
B. Delete Connection
Press and hold WIFI button for 3 seconds, the connection will be delete, and
WIFI indicator light will flash again.
Resetting the heater
Turn on the heater, Press and hold and for 3 seconds. This operation should be
done within 10 seconds when you turn on the heater.
MAINTENANCE
- For cleaning, always unplug the heater and leave it to cool.
- Wipe the heater regularly with a damp cloth and dry the surface before turning on the heater again.
- The heater must be cleaned at least once a month during the heating season.
- Dust etc. should be removed with a soft cloth.
- The heater can be stored in a dry and clean place.
CAUTION!
The heater should never be immersed in water. Avoid using detergents to clean the heater. Never let any water get inside the heater; this can be hazardous.
Waste disposal
The symbol indicates that this product is not to be disposed of together with household waste. This product must be delivered to a recycling service or container for electrical appliances and electronic equipment. This is done to avoid health risks and prevent harm to the environment. Local businesses (or the environmental station in your neighborhood) are required by law to accept and recycle such products, as a means of environmentally sound disposal.
