Power indicator description

Common problems ond solutions

When the power bank cannot be charged:

  • Please check whether the mobile power adapter is suitable, the connecting line and the adapter are normal.
  • It is recommended to use a suitable brand power adopter to charge it.
  •  Do not disassemble or pierce the power bank by yourself; do not expose the power bank to fire, high temperature or water;

When the power bonk connot chorge other devices:

  • The power bank is too low, please charge it.
  • The voltage of the device being charged is not compatible with the output of the mobile power supply, please check the charging voltage of the device being charged.
  • The connection method between the charged device and the mobile power supply is incorrect, and whether the connecting line and adopter ore normal.
  • Please contact the after-sales service department of the local dealer for the internal circuit failure of the mobile power supply.
