Precautions:

Operation function
- Answer/hang up/play/pause: touch once
- Open the voice assistant: touch twice
- Up/down song control: touch 3 time
- Volume control: continuous touch for 3 seconds
- Reject incoming call: touch continuously for 3 seconds when incoming call
- Tum on/off: take out/put back the charging box to tum on and off automatically, or touch continuously for 5 seconds
Common problems and solutions

Headphones cannot be connected/no sound in left or right ear/connectedto other devices
Solution: Make sure the headset is fully charged, delete “AP09” in the phone settings, and then reconnect. -
There is no sound from the microphone during a call
Solution: Due to different mobile phone systems, some mobile phones need to check “AP09” Bluetooth on the call page for microphone calls. -
The headset cannot be turned on or charged
Solution: Please check whether the charging contacts at the bottom of the earphone charging box are dirty. If there are, please wipe them clean. Please check if the charging case is charged. If you do not use it for a long time, please recharge the charging box 15 days apart.
