NOTE: The wireless remote control is powered by a CR2025 battery.
CRITICAL INFORMATION (FOR THE INCLUDED WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL)

• Do not use any batteries not specified in the Instruction manual.
• Do not Insert the battery’s anode and caliber Incorrectly.
• When the remote control Is not in use for an extended period of time, please remove the battery from the remote control.
• Keep the battery and battery covey etc. out of the reach of children and infants.
• Before Using the product inside an airplane or hospital. check if it is allowed. Electromagnetic waves emitted by the product may interfere with the plane’s instruments or the hospital’s medical equipment.
• Do not leave the remote control in any places exposed to excessive heat or humidity.
• Do not clean the product with an organic solvent or alcohol-based liquid.

GUIDE
Assembling the Magnetic Mount
1. Mace the elastic onto the center of the smartphone video rig as shown in the figure. then place the magnetic mount on the elastic
• It Is recommended to use the elastic to hold your phone finnier on the magnetic mount.
• The 114–23 tripod socket hole on the back of the magnetic mount must be shown from the hole.
2. Turn the locking knob clockwise until n locks.
3. Mount your phone to the magnetic mount. then use the elastic to reinforce the phone as shown in the figure.

SHOOTING METHODS

The rig supports three shooting methods: horizontal shooting (A), vertical shooting (B) or handheld shooting (C) Horizontal Shooting (A):

1. Hold the rig horizontally with the magnetic mount pointing towards yourself.

2. With the corresponding L and R handle and side of the rig in a parallel even position, slide the handle mount into the cold shoe mount.
   L and R handle should be installed on the left and right side of the product respectively. Incorrect installation will lead to a gap.

3. Rotate the handle locking knob clockwise until locked.
   

Vertical Shooting (B):

1. Hold the rig vertically with the magnetic mount pointing towards yourself.’

2. Slide the handle into cold shoe mount on both sides of the product.

3. Rotate the handle locking knobs clockwise until locked.

Handheld Shooting (C) :

1. Align one of the 1/4″-20 tripod socket holes on either handle with the middle 1/4″-20 tripod socket holes of the upper side of rig at the angle shown in the figure.

2. Rotate the handle locking knob clockwise until it locks.

ASSEMBLING THE WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL

NOTE: The wireless remote control is powered by a CR2025 battery.

1. Remove the battery cover of the wireless remote control on the back
   

2. Insert the included CR2025 battery with the “+” mark side upward.
   

3. Put on the battery cover of the wireless remote control.

4. Insert the wireless remote control into the slot on the left or right handle of the rig.
   

PAIRING THE WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE

1. Enter the setting page of your phone and turn on Bluetooth.
   

2. Press and hold the Shutter Release / Video Recording Button for about 3 seconds to turn on the remote control. Now the indicator lamp on the remote control blinks.

3. At this moment, your phone will search for devices automatically. Select HG-BT1 (the name of the remote control) and pair it with it.
   

USING THE SMARTPHONE VIDEO RIG

1. The magnetic mount is horizontally adjustable to keep the phone magnetic mount in the center of the video rig.
   

2. The Magnetic mount shall be used In the following 5 usage conditions, please choose the corresponding usage according to the model of your mobile phone.

Direct magnetic attraction

1. Mobile phone built-in MagSafe magnetic (iPhone 12 series or iPhone 13 series or newer models)

2. Mobile phone built-in MagSafe magnetic (iPhone 12 series or iPhone 13 series or newer models)with original MagSafe case or another magnetic case.
   Attach a 3M adhesive Metal Ring
   

3. Mobile phone built-in MagSafe magnetic °Phone 12 series or Phone 13 series or newer models)with Non- magnetic case.
   

4. Non-iPhone 12 series or Non-iPhone 13 series mobile phone.

5. Non-Phone 12 series or Non-Phone 13 series with the case.
   

Attention: For details about how to install a 3M adhesive metal ring, please read the related installation Instructions In the package.
After successfully pairing, press the shutter release/ video recording button to take photos or record videos.

Your phone needs to be adjusted to the corresponding photo-taking mode or video-recording mode.
You can stop the remote control by turning off your smartphone’s Bluetooth.
Note:

1. Once paired, if you only switch off the remote control but do not turn off the mobile phone Bluetooth, when you start using it again, the remote control will automatically connect back to the mobile phone on power up without repairing.
2. Once paired, if you switch off both the remote control and the mobile phone Bluetooth, when you start using it again, you need to press and hold the Shutter Release/ Video Recording Button for about 3 seconds to reconnect your phone and the remote control.
3. If you want to pair the remote control with another phone, you must tum off Bluetooth or clear pairing information of the previously paired phone. Otherwise, you can not pair the remote control with another phone.
