Installing the monitor
- Insert the stand into the base. Make sure to push right in until you hear a click.
- Lay the monitor down flat on a flat, stable surface covered with a soft cloth, then slide the stand into the notch until you hear a click. To remove the stand, press the coded pins, then pull the stand downwards.

Do not turn the monitor upside down to install the stand! You may damage the
PC monitor.

Navigating the menus
- Pivot the control button downwards after turning on the monitor:
- Move the control button upwards or downwards to navigate the various menus.
- Move the control button to the right to confirm the selected menu or sub-menu.
- Move the control button upwards or downwards to select a setting or change a value.
- Move the control button to the right to confirm.
All changes are automatically saved.

Troubleshooting guide
Before contacting the service department, please carry out the checks listed below. If you cannot solve the problem by following the instructions below, contact your local retailer or a qualified technician.
No picture| 1. Check that the PC monitor is plugged into a power outlet that
is receiving electricity.

2. Have you pressed properly on the On/Off button?
3. Check the picture brightness and contrast settings.
4. If you connect the PC monitor to a laptop computer, make sure the laptop
has been switched to “Display on external monitor”.
5. Check that the cable is properly connected and that it is not damaged.
Blurred or imperfect image| Check that the video cable is properly connected.
Unusual or missing colours| If the red, blue, green or any other colour
disappears, check that the video cable is properly connected.
Flickering| 1. Check that the power cord is properly connected.
2. Check for possible interference from another electrical device or tool.
Avoid placing speakers, fluorescent lights, fans, etc. near the screen.
3. Access the display settings by pressing the Menu button and then
automatically adjust the image according to the analogue settings (VGA).
Defective pixels| The liquid crystal screen (LCD) is a high-tech product that
contains about a million transistors offering a high quality image.
Occasionally, a few blue, green, red dots (corresponding to inactive sub-
pixels) may appear on the screen. This does not affect the performance of your
product.

Standard EN 9241-307 provides a definition of the characteristics relating to
pixel errors. These are listed in four classes and three types of errors. Each
pixel in turn breaks down into three sub-pixels corresponding to the basic
colours (red, green, blue).

million transistors offering a high quality image. Occasionally, a few blue,
green, red dots (corresponding to inactive sub-pixels) may appear on the
