Before Initial Use
Remove your appliance and its accessories from its original packaging. Check the appliance for any damage.
Installing the wall bracket
The supplied hardware kit includes wall plugs suitable for solid walls made of
concrete, solid brick, stone, etc.
Inspect the partition or wall type where you want to fix the charging base. Make sure that the included fastenings are compatible. If they are not, use expanding wall plugs designed for your type of partition or wall (use special fixings for hollow walls, BA13 plasterboard walls, hollow bricks, etc.). These are not provided in the packaging.
- Place the base against the wall in the desired location near an electrical outlet (Fig. 1 ). Make sure that the height of the base matches the height of the vacuum cleaner.
- Trace each of the four holes with a pencil. Use a spirit level to ensure the base is perfectly horizontal (Fig. 2).
- Drill the four holes.
- Insert the four supplied wall plugs into the four holes.
- Place the base against the wall and screw the four screws through the base.
- Be careful not to pinch or crush the cable between the plastic parts and the wall when tightening the four screws on the base.
- You can store the crevice tool and the upholstery brush on the wall-mounted base (Fig. 3).
Charging The Battery
After attaching the base to the wall, plug the power supply unit into an easily accessible wall outlet (Fig. 4). Attach the vacuum cleaner to the base at the charging connector.
CHARGE LEVEL INDICATOR
The indicator lights located on the motor unit next to the speed selector indicate its status.
- If the indicator lights are flashing blue, this means that the battery is charging.
- If the indicator lights are off, this means that the battery is fully charged.
WARNING:
do not charge the battery more than necessary to avoid reducing its lifespan.
- The appliance’s performance may be reduced if you do not use the appliance for a long time or if the battery is completely empty. You should fully charge (six hours) and fully discharge the battery two to three times during initial uses.
Battery life after four hours of charging:
- Slow speed: 45 minutes
- Fast speed: 17 minutes
- Charging time for first three uses: 6 hours
Usual charging time: 4 hours
Note: The vacuum cleaner cannot be operated while charging.

Emptying and cleaning the dust container
Empty and clean the container when the contents reach the MAX level on the
dust container.
EMPTYING THE CONTAINER
Remove the aluminum tube from the body of the appliance. Stand over a waste
bin and pull the dust container open button to release the dust container lid
(Fig. 9). The lid opens and the waste falls into the bin.
Close the container by pushing the lid up until it clicks into place.
CLEANING THE CONTAINER
Turn the container clockwise towards the (unlocked} symbol to detach it from
the motor unit (Fig. 10) and access the filters.
Wash the container with a soft sponge and warm water; let it dry completely before putting it back on the vacuum cleaner (to prevent water from being sucked into the electrical components). Put the container back on the appliance and turn it anticlockwise towards the (locked) symbol.
Cleaning the filters
Grab the filter unit by the tab to remove it from the dust container (Fig.
11).
Rotate the HEPA filter clockwise to remove it from the filter unit (Fig. 12).
Clean the strips by tapping the HEPA filter against a bin and vacuum the excess dust with a vacuum cleaner. Caution: do not rub the filter as this may damage it. Only clean the HEPA filter with water if it is very dirty. Rinse the filter unit with clean water. Let the parts dry completely (at least 24 hours for the HEPA filter) before putting them back on the vacuum (Fig. 13).
Do not wash the filters using hot water or detergent. If the HEPA filter is damaged or you want to replace it, you can get a new one from your retail store.
Do not use your appliance if the filter is damaged as this may cause the appliance to malfunction.
Cleaning the body of the appliance
The surfaces of the appliance can be cleaned with a lightly moistened soft
cloth.
Removing and cleaning the motorised brush roller
Press the button on the motorised brush to remove the roller from its drive
shaft (Fig. 14).
Remove lint and dust by hand and/or with a cloth. Use scissors to cut long
hair and other debris wrapped around the roller (Fig. 15).
You can handwash the roller in hot water with a mild dishwashing detergent.
Let the roller dry completely for 24 hours before putting it back in the
motorised brush (to prevent water from being sucked into the electrical
components).
Troubleshooting Guide
If the appliance malfunctions, it may be due to a minor problem that you can rectify by following the instructions below. Before contacting your retail shop’s after-sales service counter, try the following steps:
The vacuum cleaner is not charging:
- The motor unit is incorrectly positioned on the charging base. Make sure the charging connectors are connected as shown in Figure 4.
- The charging base power cord is not connected. Plug the power unit into a wall plug.
Vacuuming performance is weak or non-existent:
- The dust collector is full and needs emptying.
- The filters are clogged and need cleaning.
- The suction inlet is obstructed. Remove any obstructions.
- The motorised brush is obstructed. Disassemble the brush and remove any obstructions.
- The accessories (aluminum tube, motorised brush, crevice tool, upholstery brush) are obstructed or have been improperly assembled: unclog them or make sure that they are assembled correctly.
The vacuum cleaner stops working after a short period of time:
- The battery is only partially charged. Put the vacuum cleaner on the charging base for approximately four hours to fully charge it. The operating time decreases when you select fast speed (17 minutes of battery life if fully charged).
The motorised brush roller is not rotating:
- The roller is incorrectly positioned. Remove the roller and put it back correctly in the notches provided.
- The motorised brush is obstructed. Disassemble the brush and remove any obstructions.
- One of the parts of the motorised brush is broken. Please contact your retail store after-sales service desk.
If the problem persists, contact your retail store’s customer service department. Do not try to carry out any repairs yourself. Your appliance should only be repaired by qualified maintenance technicians. Poorly-done repairs can be dangerous for the user and are not covered by the warranty.
