SAFETY INSTRUCTION
GENERAL SAFETY RULES IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE.

- Before using the device, carefully read the user manual and act according to its instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect or otherwise inappropriate use of the device.
- The device is intended for domestic use only. Do not use the device for purposes other than those specified in the instructions.
- Connect the device only to 220-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz mains voltage. In order to increase the safety of use, do not connect several electrical devices to the power supply network at the same time.
- Take special care when using the device if small children are nearby. Do not allow children to play with the device. Do not allow the device to be used by children or persons unfamiliar with its use.
- WARNING: This appliance is not intended for use by children under the age of 8, persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or knowledge of the appliance, unless the appliance is used under the supervision of a responsible person or according to the instructions of a responsible person. safe operation of the equipment, being aware of the dangers associated with the use of the device. - If the electric kettle is overfilled, boiling water may burst out of it.
- WARNING: Do not open the lid while the water is still boiling.
- The electric kettle may only be used with the base included in the set.
- CAUTION: Before removing the electric kettle from the base, make sure the kettle is switched off.
- This device is intended for use in home conditions and, for example: in store staff kitchen rooms, offices, work environments of various fields, utility rooms, for customer service in hotels, motels and other living spaces of this type, as well as in bedrooms and breakfast rooms.
- Do not leave the device switched on or the power supply unit connected to the mains without supervision.
- Be careful when heating water. Do not touch the hot kettle body or lid. Do not open the lid of the kettle while the water is boiling or immediately after boiling, the hot water steam can cause burns.
- Do not fill the kettle with water above the MAX or below the MIN level, this may cause burns or damage to the kettle.
- Do not turn on an empty kettle without water, it may damage the appliance.
- Do not use the kettle without a filter or with the lid open, as this will prevent the automatic shut-off of the kettle.
- Periodically, it is necessary to clean the kettle from lime deposits, using the descaling agents intended for it. By using a kettle with a calcified heating element, you can damage the kettle and lose the warranty.
- Do not use caustic detergents to wash the kettle, which can damage the kettle and its markings.
- The device is not intended for use with an external timer or separate remote control system.
- Do not wash the base of the kettle directly in water, only wipe it with a dry cloth.
- Children between the ages of 3 and 8 may only switch the appliance on and off when it is in its normal working position, provided they are supervised or trained in safe use and the dangers involved. Children between the ages of 3 and 8 may not connect, service, clean or maintain the device.

Using the device
BEFORE USING THE KETTLE FOR THE FIRST TIME: Fill the kettle three times with clean water up to the Max level, boil the water and pour it out. Boil the water several times to eliminate the resulting factory aroma.
- Fill the kettle with water and make sure the heating element is completely covered with water.
- Place the base of the kettle on a stable, smooth and heat-resistant surface.
- Connect the base cord to the 220-240V~50/60Hz power supply network and turn on the power switch. The indicator light will light up.
- When the water has boiled, the kettle will automatically turn off.
- Make sure the kettle is switched off before removing it from the base.
- Press the off switch if you want to turn off the kettle before the water boils. The indicator light will turn off.
- The lid of the kettle must be closed while the water is boiling. Only then will the automatic shut-off of the kettle be activated.
- The kettle can be turned on again after about 2 minutes after the last use.
- An empty or underfilled kettle will automatically shut off. In such a situation, you should wait more than ten minutes and fill the kettle with the required amount of water. The kettle should then be turned on again.
- Do not leave the kettle on unattended.
- A kettle is an electrical appliance that is not designed to store water or other liquids. After the water boils, immediately pour it into another container. Boiled water should not be left in the kettle for more than 10 minutes. Before each use, fill the kettle with fresh water above the minimum and below the maximum level.
Cleaning and storage
Lime deposits in the kettle should be removed regularly. These activities are not covered by the warranty. Failure to descale regularly will damage the kettle and void the warranty. To clean limescale, use detergents intended for this purpose.
