Product Usage Instructions
To use the WDF1500BD or WDF1550D Double 15 lb. Deep Fryers, please follow these steps:
- Make sure the fryer is placed on a stable and heat-resistant surface.
- Connect the fryer to a power source using the appropriate voltage (208 volt for WDF1500BD or 240 volt for WDF1550D).
- Fill the oil container (part# 030422) with the desired cooking oil. Do not exceed the recommended oil capacity.
- Attach the heating element (part# 030424 for WDF1500BD or part# 030425 for WDF1550D) to the fryer according to the instructions provided.
- Place the desired frying basket (part# 030420 for small basket or part# 030421 for large basket) into the fryer.
- Add the food items you wish to fry into the basket.
- Turn on the fryer and set the temperature according to your recipe or desired frying temperature.
- Carefully lower the basket into the hot oil using the basket handle (part# 030302).
- Allow the food to cook for the recommended time, stirring occasionally if necessary.
- Once the food is cooked, carefully lift the basket out of the oil using the basket handle.
- Place the cooked food on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil before serving.
- Repeat steps 5-11 for additional batches of food.
- When finished, turn off the fryer and disconnect it from the power source.
- Allow the fryer to cool completely before cleaning and storing.
