Product Usage Instructions

1. Inspect the product before installation for any visible defects or variations in color or quality compared to what was ordered. If any defects are found, warranty coverage will only apply if the product is not installed.
   Any variations in the product will be considered accepted if installed. A 10% color variation from the sample to the supplied product is considered acceptable.

2. Installation: This Limited Warranty covers material costs only if the flooring is installed in compliance with the LOOM+ Installation & Maintenance guidelines.

3. Proper Maintenance:

   • Most dirt comes from outdoors, so it is recommended to install well-suited doormats at entranceways to prevent 80% of potential dirt and moisture from entering the premises. Doormats should be vacuumed daily to remain effective.
   • Place smooth protective pads under furniture legs, angular edges, or heavy weights to avoid damaging the flooring.
   • Choose the flooring color carefully based on where it will be used.
   • Avoid using acetone or polish on the flooring. For daily cleaning, vacuum cleaning is recommended.

4. Terms of Warranty:

   • If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty is found within the warranty period, Rhino Flooring Range will supply new flooring material with a similar color, pattern, and quality to replace the defective area.

5. Warranty Periods:

   • Note: The warranty period will not change once a complaint has been recognized and resolved.

6. Claims:

   • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is required for all claims.
   • Claims for wear must show a minimum 1-inch diameter.
   • The guarantee is prorated based on the amount of time the floor has been installed.
   • To file a claim under warranty, contact the authorized dealer where the product was purchased.

7. Excluded from Warranty:

   • Dissatisfaction or damage due to improper installation or maintenance.
   • Damage caused by fire, burns, intentional abuse, flooding, construction, or installation.
   • Damage caused by vacuum cleaner beater bar, indentations, improper rolling loads, caster wheels, chairs, or other furniture without proper floor protectors, and cuts from sharp objects.
   • Surface scratches or scuffing, shades from exposure to sunlight or rubber-backed mats, loss of gloss, minor shading, color, or texture differences.

• Minor shading, colour or texture differences between samples or printed colour photographs or illustrations and delivered product.
• If, prior to installation, this flooring is not acclimated to room temperature at job site between 24-48 hours and, if post-installation, such flooring is not continuously maintained at such temperature, this warranty is void.
• Loss due to loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses (such as telephone calls, labour and/or materials) incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the affected material, and any other incidental or consequential damages.
