Overview
Choose Your Eartips:
Please try medium eartips first as they fit most people.
How to Connect
First Time Connection:
- Pick up two earbuds, tear off their isolation films and push them back in case to activate.
- Pick up both earbuds again.
- On phone, search QCY MeloBuds Neo and tap to connect.
- Earbuds will auto power on the moment picked up. If they don’t, please charge and try again.
One Press to Turn Connectable:
- Earbuds were connected to phone before.
- Push earbuds into case and leave the case lid open.
Press and hold charging case button for 3s or until LEDs on earbuds blink white then pick up earbuds again. They will then turn connectable to phone.
Multi-Point Connection
- Refer to How to Connect to connect earbuds to PhoneA and turn off its Bluetooth to turn earbuds connectable.
- On PhoneB, search and tap QCY MeloBuds Neo to connect.
- Turn on PhoneA’s Bluetooth and tap QCY MeloBuds Neo to connect.
Factory Setting
Delete Connectivity Records:
(Try the following steps if earbuds fail to be connected)
Push in earbuds case and press and hold charging case button for 10s or until
LEDs on earbuds blink red 5 times.
- Please refer to First Time Connection after Factory Setting.
How to Wear
- Please put on earbuds properly then adjust them to fit yourself.
- Keep microphone towards your mouth.
- It will cause a bad calling or listening experience to wear them in a wrong way.
LED on Earbud
LED will turn solid red when earbud is being charged and turn white for 30s
once it is topped up.
LED on Case
LED will glow solid red when the case is being charged and turn white once
it’s topped up.
If the battery level is under 20%, press the button and LED will turn red for
5s.
If not, press the button and it will turn white for 5s.

Tips
- Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
- The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
- If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
- Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
- If earbuds fail to be found by phone, please re-turn them connectable or restore factory settings. If a program error of phone occurs, please turn off and on Bluetooth function or reboot the phone.
Notes: Please arrange using time properly as your hearing may be damaged
by using the device for a long time.
